Tim Hortons

Staffing is atrocious, they often don't have enough people to cover restaurant and drive through. Long lines at drive through almost all the time with very slow service. We went into the restaurant once to order inside because the drive through line was so long, and was told to go back to drive through because they couldn't take orders inside. Avoid if you're hoping for a quick stop.

Terrible location. Frankly the second location now. Storefront is entirely neglected to drive the drive thru times and they were understaffed, and of the few staffed none had any training, let alone was I acknowledged and someone say welcome to Tim Hortons, I'll be right with you, or I'll be 5mins.no expectation is set. You just come in stand and get ignored

This is also true of the Tim hortons in the plaza on Ogilvie road, just down the road

This franchise has slipped hard. Get it together. And no more pots that are there from hours ago. 20 min always fresh is the guarantee. It's just pathetic and lazy and poor leadership

Waiting time in the drive-thru like nonsense. It should be faster then this and not a +10 minute wait

Has to be one of the worst locations in Ottawa I’ve ever seen. The staff are just something else and they just lock the doors at the most random times. One time I tried walking in for a coffee at 5PM and the doors were locked while there were still customers inside looking equally confused? These guys never have food for some reason. The doors and Google said something about it closing at 11pm but when we walked in one of the staff was condescending about how it was closed and we were in 10 minutes past closing. It was 10: 09pm. Don’t get me wrong there are some nice guys in the afternoon. I have tried going back multiple times to just get ignored at the drive thru, but it seems this location is only good for morning service. Go to the Blair location if you need tims past 5pm.

I ordered ahead by mobile app. However, when I arrived, the order had not been prepared yet! The staffs were totally unprofessional!

If your looking for authentic honey made on the spot look no further than the donut display cabinet at this location. Yes that's a bee on the donut in through display cabinet.

Usual Tim Hortons. Coffee and food above average. Service not good because of attention lost to in coming customers, due to the rush to meet demands of drive ins. This is the third TH''s I've been to, having baristas being unfamiliar to the usage of their cash register.

Almost every time I go to this Tim’s they mess up, when I asked for a blt with crispy onions, I don’t get them. I asked for it to not be toasted and it was toasted. I don’t have the time to go back because it’s during my lunch break. Please take the time to listen to the order and actually read it properly on your monitor.

This location is alright, i go here sometimes before school if i'm travelling by car.the drive thru is super fast and the staff here are really nice! The coffee is typical tim hortons quality, and it's always very hot! They also have a good variety of their products that are ready to be sold by customers.although, i don't recommend getting breakfast for takeout here because they sometimes mess up or forget my order.take your chances if you wish because when they don't mess up, the quality of their food is really good!

I am now changing my review even though the food and drink is still the same, the last two visits confirmed that drive through service is not being honest and in the two visits I had and after you pay for your order they come back with oooh we cannot find your order or it's out and can we give you something else (of course lesser value) but they do it fast and you can't sit there arguing because there are cars behind you. Check your receipt or ask for it because they will over charge you if you pay by card too, I contacted the support channels and haven't heard from them anymore. No more Tims for me, it's becoming too lousy (at least couple of their outlets)

Disappointed that the ice capp machine wasn't working. Had to go to the Tim's at Sinclair Plaza

Its good old Tim Hortons. Your Canadian coffee place eh! The craveables are yummy. And who doesn't love a good apple fritter!

Terrible service, food is rotten and employees are disgustingly unbathed and smelly.avoid going to this location

Door and info says open at 5.6: 30 am 4 staff in store and still closed to walk in traffic on a winter day, staffs attitude is lacking and there sence of even common decency non existent. Pay for a Expresso shot? Make sure it's actually fully added.not just a half shot and the rest left in the serving cup because there's no room left in ur cup due to poor planning.seems more money you try and spend here and with Tims the worse the service gets. Reading other reviews of this location this isn't a isolated event. Shoot out the the especially bad baker who gave me plenty attitude this morning and said repeatedly to make a complaint about her. Tims employed like her are the ones sinking the company!

Supposed to open at 5am but when I call they were giving the dumbest excuse, as an ex tim hortans employee who opens the store in the morning on time no matter what, this is pure negligence and waste of customers time especially those on foot cold winter. Appalling

You want to experience the most burnt coffee you've ever had? So bad that when you take a sip your not even sure it's coffee? Then look no further and come to this location! Tried grabbing a coffee here for the last time today. My brother moved across the street about 4 years ago and it's been this bad.

Slow service and even worst customer service. Been waiting in line for 10 minutes to get served at cash. Another 10 minutes for sandwich to get made, since the person is running around getting food from the back. Got skipped over and the customer behind me got their items before I did.

Not very good service through the drive through. Ordered a chicken wrap and bowl of chilli and had to wait over 5 mins in the drive through. Then they didn’t put a spoon or folk to eat the chilli so we had to go in. Just terrible

Ordered lunch here and when I got back to the office I was disgusted at the utensils they provided. When I complained to Tim Hortons head office, they offered me 70 points for the issue. I threw almost $13.00 in the garbage as if my so called new utensils were this dirty, what was used to make my food.
Will not be returning to this location.
