@timhortons please have your employees communicate in English or take an ESL class. Every God dam time they keep screwing up my orders

STAFF IS RUDE! They dont care about customer service at all. If they cant hear you thats suppose to be customers fault. You get yelled at if they cant hear you. I would really suggest management to sit and have brief discussions with employees if they are experiencing any work related issues because customers dont deserve to be treated in hostile manner.

It’s extremely difficult to get a peace of mind when you don’t need to think about burned stuff in your food. I have been disappointed with Tim horton’s food prep, nothing is ever good. There’s always something disgusting present in my food when I take out! Kindly, prepare the food with attention and not let your customers money go to waste!

Worst branch ever I am waiting in que from last 10 minutes none is coming at front to take order.

More people walking through the drive-thru than driving. Dangerous. Never seen such a group of incompetent people

Went threw drive threw ordered 3 drinks I wanted a 4x4 they gave me a coffee with cream no suger. Clearly u need to listen to the order not do as u like. When I pay for something I accept to get what I asked for not what they wanna give you them selfs

I got served by girl named Sahil. She was so nice. She served me so well. I’m regular customer and whenever i get served by her i feel great. She got amazing customer service skills.

The staff is very rude. They all busy in their own gossips. They didn’t care about customer service. The girl who made my order she has zero ethics and egoistic. Gave me wrong coffee. I will never come to this location. Even store was not clean. Disgusting

Ordered a cold brew and it took the employee 4 times to get it right. There is a lack of training, wasted 20 minutes due to this.

Literally just ordered a Jalapeño Bagel and asked for extra toasted and i must say its the best Bagel ive ever had at Tim Hortons thanks to The Girl Dashleen. She took my order and made my bagel too. Very hardworking girl and cute smile

They just care for the drive through timing windows. The customer who walk in are not important. Waited 13 minutes before someone came to take order.

This is the worst location i came across! I ordered 4 habanero wraps from them and they gave me wraps with uncooked rice and totally cold! When i told the staff about this issue they said this is how they receive it, which was a total lie as i tried this same wrap from different locations! I had to throw away all the wraps because it was nothing less than garbage!

Customer service was good and so was the food, although while sitting down to eat, the flies flying around me were ridiculously annoying and a sign of poor cleanliness, most tables were not wiped off and after I was finished because I lost my appetite (flies), the flies started landing on my food. Good for takeout but wouldn’t recommend sitting in.

I bought a chilli at this location, very disorganized bunch of workers. Stood at the pick- up counter waiting for my order No one brought it over, people are yelling and I can’t understand a word coming out of their mouth. When I finally got the chill it was cold like it just came out of the bag they keep on the fridge, poor food quality and service for people spending money.
