Every single time I go in without a doubt there’s an old lady or an Indian yelling at me and making the food and drinks at a snail pace

Worst tim hortons in town bagels are soggy, hash brown is not at all fresh and horribly rotten veggies

Tim's is ok. The service has declined over the years. You hire people who hate people now so that's the way service will be.

Constantly having to come home and stir your coffee before you can drink it is a bit annoying if they could just take more time and not be so rushed.

Why is this the standard delivery method for a chocolate covered donut? This happens EVERYTIME they are put into these bags. I generally try to ask for a box, but this night I forgot, I shouldn't have to lick a paper bag clean to enjoy my donut.

It seems the the customer experience is always being overlooked. This is a service we as customers pay for and with the ever increasing costs of goods and services it would be nice to enjoy what you buy rather than feeling like your money and time is wasted.

Came through at 9: 10 in the morning on a weekday

No lattes, no coconut cold brew, no cheese croissants, no plain croissants, no tea biscuits of any kind. Even if you had a big rush you should have some of these. This is an on going issue with this location. Other locations at least have options. And all have had the new cold brew beverage. Ended up ordering a bagel and a steeped tea. Ended up with a bagel tea.

Buddy I ripped up there with my old skidoo formula formula bud and I got me some timmies and she just makes me happy tummies makes my happy bud!
