Too bad there’s no zero star but I had to put one star i’m sorry to say that, but this is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen I had to wait 10 minutes to order a medium coffee and NO Cars Front of me drive-through and the worst staff I’ve ever seen in my life definitely not recommended this location and never go back to them and they need to hire more people

The worst experience on more than one occasion lately. I will not be going to this location again which was my morning and some evenings, routine. They never have baked goods. Ie Timbits or doughnuts. This is a coffee and doughnut shop no? My order seems to be wrong quite a lot and items missing. So much of an annoyance that I come to write a bad review!

They get 80% of my orders wrong, I really have to slow it down and be specific when I order which is always annoying. Also when telling them they misunderstood, they argue with you. Retrain your employees on your products and their service because I’ve been ordering a very simple order for many years. This is the only location that gives me an issue. A double double dark roast coffee and black tea, not orange pekoe black, green black or whatever black your employee assumed, just simple black tea! Educate yourself on what you’re serving.

One of the slowest drive thru locations. So many times I've watched the one by one process happen at this store. Pull up to the speaker but before you can order you have to wait until the car in front of you has recieved their order and started driving away before they will take your order. You order drive up to the window and the person behind you now sits and waits at the speaker until you have started driving away before they even get to order. Meanwhile the line up is so long it's starting to block traffic on highbury. I'd never seen a system like this for a drive thru before.

Clean dining area, organized displays. Food is ready within decent waiting times. The closest Tim's to serve me food and have it look like the picture advertisements.

Please train staff properly how to take order. The lady taking my order as Sa̤̮ṳ̮sage Farmer Wrap even though I asked for Sausage Breakfast Wrap. In the end, charged me for Farmer Wrap which is more expensive and gave me the sausage breakfast wrap. If you don’t know, just ask people around, rather just punching in order.

Ordered an everything bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese. Good job Tims. Nailing it as always

Coffee was good, I ordered one French vanilla with shot of espresso.
But When I was ordering I saw a fly on the food as shown in Image Ive attached. This is serious and someone can get sick.

My wife and I waited in line for 15 minutes. There was only 2 cars ahead of us. The person at the window was basically serving only coffees.
When we finally received our coffees, they were barely warm!

Not acceptable! We'll never go back.

I went there this morning (1181 Highbury Ave) to get a coffee and muffin on my lunch break and EVERY east indian man had a full beard and not 1 of them wore a beard net. My blueberry muffin had a public hair on it! (I'm hoping it was from their beards). Does Tim Hortons no longer care about their products, customers or hygiene?

Hi i was dear but servicebut 0 after i did order i waiting at least 5 minutes just sombody coming front of window and get money so nobody showup i nock window one person show up and didnot say sorry just she say 6.dollares customer servic was werybed.big diffrent then as other timhourton in london

They have the most rude and Crappiest Staff. I had to wait 10-15 mins in drive thru for a Coffee and then they charge you for order placed by someone else. When Asked about the refund, they will refund you whatever amount they feel like and then argue with you for it.
I still had to pay extra for a Coffee.

Their evening staffs are very rude and disorganized. Especially, the ones after 9pm.

Very poor service in evening near 7-7: 30pm was their dining manger need to look out the staff I bought 2 drinks no mark on drinks and asked to warm our pastry which was cold after serve

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I've been to for customer service (although most lack in this area). This is my 3rd visit where the staff mills about "looking busy", ignoring the front counter. Then they call one staff from the back to handle a very long line while they continue to work the drive thru. I saw one car come through. The rule of thumb at Tim Hortons is to drop everything and serve the customer, but obviously not at this location.

Ordered a drink again and got the wrong one plus every morning they hold you at the speaker box as long as they can so they can try and fudge the drive through times yea it takes 30 seconds from the order to pick up but it takes 10 minutes to place the order

Certainly you wouldn't want to stay, it's overwhelming loud f4om shouting from the staff. The only person that took my order probably was I think a supervisor. The poor guy that was training I really felt bad for, you could tell the person that was training him, did not care at all, this was a day ago around 11: 30am. I seriously felt bad for the person being trained. I worked at a Tim Hortons before for many years, I was a supervisor. I would never treat or leave a staff member that's in training to deal with things you obviously didn't train long enough on! Absolutely disgusting! ¡

Pathetic cux service. Ordered in drive thru. They forgot to give 2 items and one item was incorrect. Upon calling, dumb head stupid manager refused to address the wrong food issue. Demanded I bring all the food back to get checked to see if I'm telling the truth, only then they will replace. If I could have gone back, I would have gone to get my forgotten items! Bad bad bad attitude and even worse cux service

Waiting time too long.inside as well the drive thru. I believe they should be 2 drive thru like McDonald's. First one.fast food.and bagels

This is my regular go to location. But today on September 6 at 9: 55 pm (I forgot her name) but she has to change her attitude or else nobody gonna go back at this location. I don’t think I will ever go back during this time to this location.
