The white older lady with an accent and black hair has the most horrible attitude I’ve ever seen. We get it you hate your job but please don’t ruin our day because you’re miserable and hate your life.

The lady (she was very skinny just to give people an idea who was she) was very unprofessional, my order was very long as I ordered for 6 people so I had to take little time to choose the menu but she was behaving very rude and gave me ugly look.
I asked her for 3 small Iced Capp and 2 small coffee but she gave me all medium.
I was so upset that I paid extra for nothing and I didn’t check my receipt before got the order. I never thought she will charge me for medium when I asked for small.

My fave part is they give you the sticker for for your mobile order but not the item you ordered. And then when you ask for your drink they say they will be with in a moment. But then the employee doesn’t tell any of the two other staff standing behind her to make your drink. And you spent your break waiting for them to make a drink that takes 1 minute. And you watch the employee you dealt with take 5 more customers and completely ignore you to the point where you have to ask another employee for help.

ABSOLUTELY the Best Tim Hortons I have been to! Coffee, bagels and donuts are consistently made the same and everything is always fresh. The most important part of my experience is customer service, everyone is nice, friendly and professional there. Regular and returning customer.

Asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and they made me some iced coffee with pumpkin spice. I questioned her that I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and she said you didn’t see if you wanted it hot or cold…

So why did you make a cold one, why not ask me? I asked everyone else when I got back whether I was being unreasonable and they said no, latte would default to a hot drink.

I also asked for 6 donuts, 2 of the dream ones and then then 6 of the normal ones but she charges for me all 6 dream donuts so ended up getting those since I paid for it.

Better service needed.

The TH advertises to open at 9am… but the mall doesn’t open till 10am. There’s no access to the food court. How do you get to the Tim’s? Is it only open for mall staff the first hour? This needs to be clarified.

Worst service I’ve experienced. An employee refused to make a bagel with cream cheese claiming that "they don’t do any type of food at that time" (1h before close). Don’t be lazy and do your job, you’re getting paid for that.

Worst service by some ladies, saying no food at 5’o clock. (saying that it’s closing time) does the mall close at 5pm on Saturday stupid reply to the customers, may be they are not interested to work here any more. Not worth 1 star either just 0.1 rating

I ordered a loaded chicken wrap. The packaging was a mess. Chicken and tomatoes were everywhere in the paper bad except for the wrap. It was a mess. Also the chicken was not fresh.

There was a large lineup during a lunch rush and they handled it perfectly. Had our order in a couple minutes. Good food too

Worst wait at this Tim’s, waited about 10-15 mins to order then was told they had no food. Ordered on the app as well and had to wait 10 mins to get a refund and still didn’t refund me the right amount. Ended up getting nothing never coming back to this location

The line looks long but don't let it fool you. With a line up of 20 or so people I still got to the register in 5 or so minutes. I was impressed by how fast the employees were working. They definitely deserve a raise. After all it's not their fault so many people show up to this Tim Hortons.

Quick, sweet and efficient staff. By far better than my previous experience, I think they are understaffed and need more training but they’re troopers and deserve a pay raise for the hard work they do

Great location:) love the Chili! Staff are friendly and very efficient. Location is very busy.

Employees are great but they need more people. Too much work on employees who are having tough time catering orders. Owner has to understand to staff more people during weekends.

Service is poor. Unprofessional, rude and racist.lady at mobile pick up is confused with order numbers.

Stiped making wraps so they wouldn't let me purchase one because the mall closes ar 9: 00 pm. I ordered this at 7: 30. An hour and a half is unacceptable. This was my last straw with tims. Save yourself the headache
