Southgate Shopping Centre, Ottawa. VERY SLOW SERVICE! Supervisors were OK, but remaining staff appeared to be very poorly trained/incompetent.

The fat lady working there wearing a veil, Farrah, and the supervisor with glasses and blonde hair have been having intercourse there right inside the kitchen when customers are not around. They were both naked completely.

I couldn't believe my eyes and stop coming there when I saw that.

The manager, a lady with scarf on, was very rude and loud with employees and had a loud voice which made the atmosphere for relaxing and having coffee very miserable for customers during the 30minutes we were sitting there. Her voice was the only voice there and all other customers were listening to her. Embarrassing the employees in front of customers. Tables and chairs weren’t clean

Can't even prepare a coffee right. I used to get food and coffee here, but after getting stiffed 3 times in a row im out, i am p sure they put salt in my drink

A typical Tims. No drive-through so walk-in customers are their business. Lots of community meeting are held here over coffee+

My friend sent me this video this has got to be the worst and shortest wrap I've ever seen I don't recommend this Tim's to anyone looking to get their money worth.

Went there for breakfast with the girlfriend the cashier Celine was an absolute delight as well as we got a coffee and food in a timely manner, the staff are willing to lend a helping as well as it's always clean

If you want to be treated without respect, you should visit this location. Staff never smiles. They always have sullen faces. In addition, this location is very busy, and the bathroom is always dirty and closed. They close always at 9 pm (before even the sunset sometimes).

The location isn’t clean, the staff is less than friendly and they blast inappropriate music. Do yourself a favour and go down the street to the next Timmies.

I'm not usually the type to complain about anything, but I had to write this. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Tim Horton's. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing at all, he forgot the second order which was a medium French vanilla and messed up the first order, didn't even bother to clean. After waiting five minutes for my second order, he disrespectfully asked me why I was still waiting there and I told him, he then passed me hot French vanilla that nearly burned me on my way back to work. Also, he said I'll have to remind him next time I'm waiting for an order. Since when do we have to remind people of their job?

Gone are the days where you get greeted. I've seen astronauts work quicker than here. The girl with the long nails should wear gloves when picking up your food. Let's lots of other TH, I'll go to another one

Was boiling hot inside, only one person working in the store who clearly hated their job. Took ten minutes to get a coffee. Store and bathrooms were a mess. Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I have been in Ottawa. Suggest to avoid if possible.

My go-to for a cuppa coffee or some snacks! Nice people servicing your request… overall recommend!
Only problem could be that the place sometimes smells a little off because of people with smelly BO visiting the place… Not the store’s fault though…
