Terrible service. Ignorant employees.
Cold wrap, wrong orders.
Very disappointed never coming back

I ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich and would have ordered a chai latte as well. Unfortunately for me there was no chai. Which I would have been fine with except for the tone the lady taking my order had used. She rudely told me there was no chai left and didn’t even bother to check.

When I told her I was fine with not ordering a drink she tried to pressure me into buying a different drink. I repeatedly told her that I would be fine without it. It took way more back and forth than it needed and held up the line.

Not only was the service horrible the food took a long time to come out. They had a screen displaying the orders but it was not in use. This was really inconvenient especially in a loud on-route where you could barely here anything.

Would not recommend.

Small team - busy location - I was so impressed with a young gentleman who was so productive - he looked young. A shorter guy - never stopped working, was quick and friendly when I thanked him! Team could use another support person, but all working hard and efficiently

Long wait, no drive thru, ran out of almost everything, refused to warm up a donut but directed us to a nasty smelling microwave.

Impolite staff, zero customer service
I asked for some paper tissue (napkin), and she crumpled some to me, although some folded one was there.

They were in so rush that they did not add
Sugar in my coffee and they were so confused and for two coffee's they took 10 minutes, the staff was discussing stuff
and it was too busy I prefer not to go over there if you can wait and find a different tims store near you.

Very busy here and couldn’t order through mobile order. Their wrap was definitely smaller then any wrap I’ve had from Tim, look at the picture.

Le pire tim Hortons ever, attendre 25 min en ligne pour attendre une autre demi-heure pour avoir un wrap. La gérante est la personne la plus paresseuse de la place. Et sans dire sur l’efficacité des employés qui ne se force en aucun cas pour le service clientèle.

Very slow, untrained employees, took 10 minutes for breakfast sandwiches. Laziest Tim Hortons thing I’ve ever seen.

Rude manager. The manager doesn’t even know how to treat customers, she refuses me to toast the croissant which I order it through a mobile app.
I ask her again but she refuse to toast it and shouting at the customer. Never ever happened at any other Tim Hortons.

Pathetic customer service! Very rude manager and staff. There’s this staff lady (I think her name is Christine), she is the rudest person I’ve come across. They told us they have sesame bagel, we ordered it and then they gave us raisin bagel telling us it’s our fault that we didn’t check the displayed bagels (like what’s the point of asking then). Then they started shouting at us. Not just this, but they shouted at 2 other customers before us and one wasn’t even visiting Tom hortons! They were at subway and got screamed at by this lady for no reason! Surprised how this branch is still operational. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

All the time latte machine is not working on this site.i visit 4 time in one week on this tim hortons always staff say machine is not working.thus not good.

THEY ARE RACIST!

They gave us the wrong order and started screaming at us without even accepting their mistake, let alone apologise. I quote them here, they said that it’s our fault.
The staff was very racist (not just to us, but with others in front of us in the line).

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. It's not about having the incorrect order but the way the staff treat their customers. It's tough to see a brand like Tim Horton's being spoiled by the behaviour of a few staff that don't really know how to serve and treat customers even to the lowest of levels possible.
I won't be visiting it and would suggest others not to visit it if they want coffee without a headache.

Badest service ever seen at this location. Alots of workers runing around and doing nothing. Check ur order before leaving.specialy there is a big lady she have no patience and respect for customers I am not the only one complaining about that read other comments too mostly people complaining about her. Advise for truckers bz place don't come here and waste ur time.

Be prepared to stand in line for an hour! There were only two people working even though the line kept growing. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. Cough up the extra 10 bucks an hour for an additional worker!
