Worst Tim hortons in Canada. The staff is very unprofessional and rude (even the lady who tries to be over the top nice on the monitor) when you get to her shes extremely rude. Your order will never come out right. Ever. I ask for a double toasted bagel several times with butter and it’s not toasted and the butter is hard. I got a bagel today and it had bacon grease all over it. The wait times are ridiculous. Don’t expect to be in and out. The drive through in the morning is out of this world. I ended up pulling out of the drive through one day and going inside and there was only one customer waiting and I still stood there for 7 mins and ended up walking out. There were 4 ladies crowded by the drive through window all on top of each other and one girl at the counter. They still managed to have a line up like I’ve never seen at the drive through. I don’t ever remember this location being this horrible, but it’s going downhill with this awful staff.

Ordered via the app. But had to wait because staff was busy. Would of been quicker if I just walked in. This Tim Horton's owners need more staff. They were overwhelmed.

Its sad i have to give this a 1 star. I went to a tim hortons on ouellette and i ordered my regular bagel i get every morning (jalepeno bagel with tomato, cream cheese, smoky honey bacon) this normaly cost me $6.50 with the coffee (large double double) it comes to $8.88. I went to the one on oullette today to get it and she (manager) was agruing with me tryung to charge me for a smoky honey bacon sandrwich ($8.45) which is not what i asked for. She told me when ever you add the smoky bacon you need to put it in a sandwich and add the tomato. I have gone to other tims and they dont do it that way. This tims is over charging and very rude. She would not hear me out and could not answer why other tims will put through what i ask and not the sandwich. Please tell me who is in the wrong. I will never go to that tims again i will drive out of my way to get my bagel with the lack of customer service she had with her rudeness. I will never go to this tims again.

Thankfully this Tim Hortons supply's a sleeve on a cup with hot tea Many Tim Hortons dont unless you ask it should be mandatory with hot tea.

I asked for bagel double toasted with butter but they gave me double burnt with no butter. How am I supposed to eat this? !

I bought rost beef sandwich and chilli soup. The rost beef was frozen. The sandwich sucked royally. I will never buy it again and the chilli when i got back to shop the cup was half and wasn't even warm. Also i wouldn't go there ever. The only thing they will get for me once in a while would be a coffee.i would advice others to check there orders before they take it because that staff its in vavaland

Every morning they are understaffed and takes forever just to order, would not recommend if you are in any sort of rush or don't have 15 minutes to waste for a coffee

Very bad lady! Tina. She is horrible. She do not know how to speak with a customer. I reported that your washrooms are not working. She did not replied well she just throw me an attitude with her employees and start laughing.i will say if you guys will have these type of employee at your tim location. Your tim hortons would beg for customers in future.

The reason I keep coming back to this Tim Hortons is because of the exceptional service provided by Kristie. She is truly the best when it comes to customer service! SHE IS AMAZING

Christmas Eve at 3pm. Closed for dine in. No note on door. In this cold weather it would have been nice to see a note before getting out of the car. Very poor management!

I've been going to this location for a long time every day sometimes twice a day. It's been going down hill in the last year. The bathroom is usually unsanitary, lots of street ppl hanging around either begging for money or just being annoying. The straw that broke the camels back is this past week, Oct 2022 they decided to screw around with the decaf coffee and change it from their good tasting brew to some dumb idea to churn it from from a new machine that not only doesn't even taste close to the original but it's bitter and undrinkable. I know that many customers have been complaining but so far nothing is being addressed. I even complained to head office. I guess they don't want my business any longer.

I just ordered a coffee triple triple with espresso n I got no espresso n no sugar all cream and ice cold. Not happy n cost me almost 4 bucks.
