The service was polite. It’s the food - please toast my Bagel when I ask for a toasted bagel! Stop rushing things through.

It really needs an employee that speaks english. They screwed my order and probably overcharged me.

The worst place what happen to customer service no one was at the cash finally some girl showed up very rude bad service bad management place is disgusting do not go there.

I don’t know her name.young & slim girl. I like her attitude. Nice girl. We need more servers like her.

I am rating this place 3 stars because of the mentally challenged order taker. She made 3 mistakes in our order despite repeating it 4 times.
She charged us on some items them claim she did not.

I often visit this particular location, but in the afternoon, there is only one employee working. I have never seen a Tim Holton branch where someone works alone. They don't seem to care whether there are customers waiting or not. It's not even worth giving them a single star.

Ordered a bagel only to see an ant infestation behind the counter as I was waiting. Absolutely disgusting. Save your money and don't come here.

I just visited this restaurant 10 minutes back for Some drinks and food stuff. Everything WAS GOOD Except this habanero Veggie bowl. There is no habanero at all. Even the bowl is half filled nd this is for 10 dollars. What is the fun of spending money if you can’t the worth valued food and quantity. First time Tim horton (employee) disappointed me.
