Tim Hortons

Literally have nothing anytime we come here! I refrained from writing a review for so long as I get that this can happen sometimes. However, after several times passing and nothing available, this place really needs to look at improving their current system.

As u see, no one likes this place, they can messed up ur DD, the most popular item in Tim’s and they can still manage to messed it up almost every time, go to the one close by wonderland and Wharncliffe, way better

Loved the drive through atmosphere. Coffe and food as expected no surprise and good service.

A good café that offers all kinds of distinctive and delicious coffee and juices, and the services are good It has many branches in Canada and America It is one of the excellent and best brands in Canada The employees are very nice and provide the best services

Tim Hortons is okay but it's like they've given up or something. No food served after ten pm, homeless men staggering around the place and always out of Boston Cremes! I mean, it's your signature donut! Order enough for everybody!

The bathroom is in terrible cleaning conditions, bad service, higher prices than other Tim Horton's.

Thats the most pathetic tims i have ever been to. I often go there because its 2 minutes away from my house, bt never got any of my orders right. You ask for less ice they give you a drink loaded with ice. You ask for steep tea they give you coffee instead. Most of the time at night they re not wearing headsets nd they dont have any valid excuse for that or they re just out of items that you ask.
Moreover employees have a disgusting attitude towards customers. This place should be shut down. Very disappointing service nd you never get your order right

Long wait to find out that your drinks doesn’t have sugar and sandwiches are not made in proper way very disappointed Tim Hortons compared to other locations in London

I don’t even know how this Tim’s is still around. The workers are incompetent. They messed up my simple order twice! They’re always very slow and very unprofessional to be laughing at the next person in the drive thru because he had trouble speaking English. This location is out of basic items on the menu ALL the time or machines are not working. These things have been stated before in the reviews and the owner replies back to act like they care but really nothing will ever change. There is a much better Tim Hortons just a block away at Wharncliffe and Southdale. I would strongly suggest going there instead.

I was here about 6: 23 this morning and a rude lady taking orders. Tall bigger lady with brown hair. As I’m putting my tray on my seat she yelled” let’s go. What are you waiting for” terrible as the tray was broken so I was trying to place it down without spilling any of the 4 drinks I got

Would love to try the food and drinks but every single time we try to go here, they’re out of a popular order or something isn’t working. Today it was the frothed when we tried to order Lattes. I know it’s not the workers fault but honestly, get it together, this is why more and more Canadians are switching to Starbucks.

I liked this location back when I lived in white oaks but now it’s just going downhill the coffee always tastes off & half the pastry items is either not available or just dry with 0 flavor The staff or whoever runs the drive thru sound so miserable & rude like they don’t wanna even be at work which is relatable but that’s not an excuse to be sassy over the drive thru speakers do better at this location please!

The drive through is very slow in the morning
A simple cup of coffee always turns into a nightmare of wait, and there’s always something wrong with the order

One of the worst places in London always get your order wrong take extra time, take out and then make you wait in an awkward position, not put you backing into the takeout line one out of 10 would not recommend

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m doing this hoping a manager or the owner of this location sees this.

A day ago I ordered 2 M&M dream cookies on Uber eats, and I guess they might have been out because they put 3 rocky road cookies to make up for it. Like I get the gesture, but I’m Muslim and can’t eat any pork products, and it has marshmallows in it, so I had to throw them.

Today on Uber, I ordered the steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich and I guess they may have been out of steak because they put sausage instead. PORK again…. The irony!
First off, don’t be lazy, call the customer and ask first, simply don’t make your own decision.
Secondly, when you are out of an item you can select out of stock on your Uber tablet in-store.

In both situations I ended up not getting to eat it and if they had simply called or had it as out of stock on Uber…it would have been figured out.

Worst tim hortons. Does not have anything at any given time. Ordered farmer’s wrap, told me that they don’t have sausage. Then i asked for chicken wrap, then they did not have chicken. Then at last, i did not have any option and ordered the veg wrap, did not have tortillas

This location always has basic items out of stock, always messes up something about the order, and/or will make you pull off to the side in the parking lot to wait 10+ minutes for something as simple as a bagel or a drink. It’s happened enough times there must be some serious management problems. I always regret coming to this location, just go to the other one on Southdale/Wharncliffe because they seem to manage just fine.

Edit: I wrote this review while waiting for my food in the parking lot. I got my food, got home, and realized they had given me coffee instead of tea. Insane.
