I asked for cup of water. They say it’s 10 cents. Instead I asked for iced coffee and they said we are closed. Everyone was standing in line but they have to close early and get out from their job. Frontline guy with specs and a girl. September 10 - Afternoon

This location has gone really downhill in recent months. Every time I get a sour cream glazed donut, most of it doesn't even have glaze on it so they're usually stale. I don't order food there because it takes forever to be made, and it's usually not made correctly either, even though I just order items as they come. Some of the staff members are great, some not so much, and from personal experience, the owners are rude, greedy, and full of themselves. TJ Enterprises makes Tim Hortons as a company look pretty bad, pretty consistently, and the company's lack of control over their properties is the product of greedy business people who don't know the definition of hospitality. The owners are the problem and I don't think they'll be sorted out anytime soon, so it's best not to go there.

The staff is super friendly but unfortunately they never have enough people working the cash registers. I went to grab lunch at 1: 00pm and I was told the bacon wasn’t cooked yet. The store opens at 9am and I find it ridiculous not having bacon when you sell bacon on all your items. Please do a better job on preparing for all your customers. You never walk into McDonalds and ask for bacon and they say sorry it’s not ready yet. Disappointed for sure.

Forgot to mention I needed my coffee black, for health reasons. Staff gave me a new one right away, no questions asked. Love Tim Hortons.

1 hour and 20 minutes for 1 wrap and 3 ice caps and a vanilla cold brew with no vanilla. Maybe dont offer delivery on Skip if you cant keep it under an hour. And

Today 17-06-2023 service is awful. I waited almost 15 mins for a flat bread pizza and it wasn’t properly made.

I would like to personally appreciate the employee AVA, Who works at this location she is always so happy and on the ball when I come in she is so quick to help others has amazing customer service and food service skills and can handle customer complaints from what I have overheard! The employee service is very bad and rude. The employees i had conversation with is KUSHI and SUMIT. First they took my order wrong and gave me crispy craveables beef instead of chicken, when I asked about it, they were like you should tell us before opening it and KUSHI (employee) told me that she cannot do anything for it. She is very furious on me. I called the store to address this issue with the manager and KUSHI answered my call and said there is no manager in the store right now.

KUSHI told me to do whatever you can and behaved very reckless.
Hope this branch teach their staff to be respectful with customers. I dont know about rest of the staff. But the names I mentioned here disappointed me and I felt bad.
I love tims and never experienced this.i knew many employees who are friendly and welcoming at Tim hortons.

Today was a miserable experience at Tim Horton's. I ordered med.hot coffee and cup of iced water.but this location did not provide me with the Tim Hortons experience. The staff was extremely rude. Non professional attitude! Even there order pickup system very awkward which randomly given to customers. When I ordered coffee, it arrived without holding sleeve after long time. When I asked, the employees ignored me like she never heard me. Time was 12: 15 pm.

Very bad experience at the mall location.

After 15 mins waiting in line the cashier informing me that they don't serve any food, whole their menu displaying food and there were no notes or signs indicating differently.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. I ordered Iced cap. It was very sweet, when I asked the employee to add more cold coffee because it is sweet. She said I cannot take it back from you once you grabbed it. There are better solution than this, for example she could pour some on another cup and give it to me and I pour it. Staff was super rude.
I hope the management can provide more training on respecting customers or hire some friendly staff. This was not the first time for this branch to deliver bas experience.

Every time I go to this Tim Hortons I do a mobile order and they ALWAYS forget it. After waiting so long I always have to tell the employee that I’m waiting on a mobile order. There’s always a terribly long wait time as well. Hire more employees.

Just got a chicken bowl. Rice not cooked. Meal cold like it came out of fridge. Bottom of bowl full of water. Worst one i have ever had
