Today i visited this place ordered steep tea and got cold version of steep tea and management is very poor

Waiting 15 minutes for a soup and sandwich with no other customers ahead of me! Absolutely upsetting. 6 ppl working and service is still slow

Loads of staff, unfortunately only a couple were helping customers.so I waited a few minutes, saw the situation and left

Ordered steep tea on drive through. Tea was cold/not fresh, and did not taste like steeped tea but regular tea made with tea bag.

Food and coffees were as usual. Just usual. Timmy's does not seem too interested in recycling, one small blue bin inside the restaurant and this receptacle outside. No receipt offered.
In reply to request for further information from the owner, please look at the labels on your outside waste receptacle. Four for waste, none for recycle.

Extremely slow inside and they don't care. 15 min from time ordered to sandwiches ready

The wait in line for drive-thru is becoming too long of a wait at most times. Ordered 2 drinks on the Tim's app at 12: 15 (while waiting in line) and after waiting for the line to get processed, it was 12: 32pm when finished at the window. We pulled up to the window, received or drinks and pulling away in under a minute. I know that we waited for about 5 minutes alone for the vehicle ahead of us for close to 5mins, I think changing their order at the window. Not sure if it's the employees or drive-thru customers taking too long.

Probably the worst time Hortons I have ever been to. Service is terrible, no organization.

It's a tim Hortons and it's Timbits and coffee. Service is fast and it's clean. What more might you want.

Was nice once but always closed now. Closed at 8: 30 when door says 9. Second time in a row I've had this happen.

Slow service, store is very dirty on the floor behind counter. Drink was only 3/4 full had to ask them to top it up.

Stopped for a turkey bacon club about 11.30 today Oct 18/22. When got to my jobsite, bit into sandwich only to find a long hair in it. Discusting, ruined my lunch and my.day. Need to much better health rules. Won't be back.
