Most of the time.their associates made a mistake and after that they don’t even acknowledged it. And same type of mistakes they are marking again and again. Wrong order and wrong size.instead of my latte.they game me just black coffee and when I went again.supervisor and associate both arguing with me for 1 dollar extra payment.instead of making the coffee first

Came to this Tim Hortons for a quick drink and snack.while some staff were rude and made inappropriate gestures because I took long to place my order. Darsh was an absolute breath of fresh air. His service was warm and welcoming. A smile never left his face the entire time. He made the most delicious candy cane hot chocolate.as a mocha at my special request and did so without hesitation or attitude. The rest of the staff on duty that day could take a page out of Darsh's customer service manual. He saved my opinion of this location and I will come back. Great service!

Non busy store and isn't the whole mall. The food court is nice and clean.
