I was served by a turban guy, order might have been punched wrong by other girl (habanero wrap instead of bowl). He was so polite for having to make the order again. The portioning, quality and presentation was perfect. I eat this bowl a lot of times but it was never this good. He truly gave the definition of customer service without saying a word. Thank you

I got everything bagel this morning and it's all burnt. I saw there was a guy making all the food no one was helping him and it was busy. They should hire more staff or they should know about team work

I don’t come here often but when I’m downtown and would like a coffee there is quick service and polite people working.i’ve never had an issue with my order before from here and even when it’s extremely busy inside i still am able to get my order fairly fast.

I am a local long time customer and this morning I had a bad experience with customer service when I returned my order that was made incorrectly.

I dont usually leave these reviews or complaints, but today was something Ive never experienced as a customer. This person is also the manager.who was defensive immediately. She raised her voice and was clearly angry, all in front of other customers and her co-workers. I was embarrassed.

I asked for her manager's phone number and she refused to give it to me saying I could come back when her boss is in the store.

I have never been treated this way in my life as a customer.

More training.

They hired me and then fired me. Cause they already hired people. You can’t do that to someone. That’s disgusting way of work place. I would never want anyone to work there. Just my opinion. You can find something WAY better then them.

Was there on Monday morning august 29 with some friends visiting from outside Canada, the lady was so rude and was showing attitude, she definitely needs to work on her customer service skills.

I am a regular customer here, today was a different experience from the normal great service. I ordered my regular coffee and a Herseys Smoores Cream Chill. When the server gave me the Cream chill it looked like an iced cap. I have ordered the same drink at other locations many times and did not look like this. I spoke to another girl working there and was given ALOT of attitude and argued there was numerous Herseys Smoores Cream chills? Time was 5: 30 Sunday June 12th, have had the same girl before and was the same! I go there for the service and the manager is amazing! Not sure if i would go back in the evening again as the service is terrible and staff looking like they don't want to be there!

All I asked for was a black coffee with two sugar and it was so sweet that I could not drink it.

No problem with the coffee. Annoying when your points use is an issue. I used points to get a free coffee so on one I purchased I didn't receive my 10 points. So petty

Just order something and go away from here. That was the attitude of the staff. I didn't expect such rude behaviour from a person working at Tim Hortons!

I’m not a coffee person however I love their Triple triple? Really good place for coffee lovers

Staff are very rude did not have my everything bagel so wanted 3 cheese lady would not give me for same price my mother is a manager for 15 years and also every other store if they dont have your bagel you asked for they give you a different one for same price speciality bagel or not. I will not support a location where I'm treated like this

Go elsewhere for coffee. Management and owner aren't good ppl

Fast service, wonderful staff, quality product. That’s all it takes really. Went this morning with a friend for a pit stop and the lady on cash at around 9: 40a was the sweetest woman! Big thanks to these essential workers. COVID times aren’t always easy times to smile through!

Stop selling food an hour before they close.everyday. Everyday because the guy wants to go home early and he only gives out coffee. Is this a rule or his decision? Either way it isn’t fair and a waste of time for people trying to get their food

The male cashier was very pleasant (Feb 27,2020 at 8: 50 am).
