The ladies here are very nice. They always smile and greet us in a friendly manner. I have never been inside, I just use the drive thru. I also have ever only ordered coffee and the occasional bagel.

Ordered a toasted bagel, it was not. Came cold with chunks of icy butter and tasted like chemicals. Would avoid this one at all costs.

Been regular here & I am pretty damn sure they are serving food beyond its expiration date. Everytime i order breakfast muffin or beagle, its way firm & dry. Everytime is a gamble here coz you never know what you gonna get. The elderly lady behind the window will rush you without handing over correct items. Only good thing here is the usual lady behind the speaker, very polite and patient.

This tims is garbage. They mess up every time. From coffee to food to products.
I understand that it’s can be a crazy environment but this is just crazy. They gave me super burnt coffee. I asked for large coffee with 2 sugars. So they give me a super burnt coffee with no sugar.
Yesterday I asked for an everything bagel with butter, cream cheese, tomato, and 2 bacons with a large coffee 2 sugars. Well they gave me a plain bagel with cream cheeses and a black coffee no sugar. This happened every time. To top it off the staff is not nice. One lady kisses her teeth at u and she refused to give me a new bagel. Said i was lying.

So please don’t go here if u don’t like to be bullied or if u do t have time to wait half hour while they get the order right

I go to Tim Hortons regularly, and I’ve never had an experience like the one I had this morning. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident that took place at this location this morning.

As a dedicated customer and educator, I have a morning routine of purchasing a large coffee and bagel from a Tim Hortons location before heading to work. On this particular morning, as I was in the drive-thru, a staff member inadvertently knocked my coffee off the counter, causing it to spill into my car and onto my person. Not only was the beverage scalding hot, leading to great discomfort, but my clothes, necessary for my profession, were stained and compromised.

What has left a lasting impression, however, is not the accident itself (which can happen to anyone) but the subsequent response from the staff member. Despite my immediate and evident distress, she did not offer any assistance, neglected and ignored my repeated requests for paper towels, and rather pretended nothing happened and insistently asked for a method of payment. Further complicating matters, our communication was hindered as she had difficulty understanding me. It seemed more important that she complete the transaction than to help clean up the mess she caused on me and my car.

I had to promptly leave without resolving the issue, as I had a class waiting for me, but the incident has left me questioning the reliability and customer focus of a brand I had come to trust. When I got to work, I took pictures of the coffee streaks down my car.

My every morning coffee comes from this great group of employees. Very friendly staff. Clean and quick.

Quick service, even with big lines. Just hard to keep the area clean with the people that leave their trash around, even with trash/recycling available.

Tim Hortons need to train their employees on how to follow the procedure and serve people nicely, especially in the morning when they spoil the mood of people going to work early. I have ordered the jalepeno pastry twice from this location, the lady in the drive through window handed me the pastry cold both times and when I asked her to warm it, she's saying it's already warmed which was not and then after this short argument, she took it back making a weird face and asked me to wait in the front. To all other locations I go they always served me the warm pastry without Even asking. If the general manager reading this review reply it with what's the procedure.

Got a breakfast sandwich combo and my hash brown tasted like soap. I didn't finish it. The sandwich was ok but my coffee was like burnt coffee flavoured water. Not the employees fault, just Tim Hortons parent company cheaping out on their coffee. I wouldn't have gone here but I had a gift card to use up. The drive through was nice and spacious. So that was nice I guess.

Well at the drive through I've encountered some attitude other than that the service and line up was smooth sailing.

Worst Tims! I had wrong order few times in drive thru, i went back one times and they refuse to change it, instead argued with me. Manners and speaking approach is very negative. Never want to go anymore.

Apparently when you get offers from the app they dont give you their fresh products. I was given a box of 10 Tim bits for under $2 with app rewards and 2 of them came rotten. It's the second time this happened on a Tim hortons in Scarborough, the first time (another location) I got French vanilla for free thanks to my points but they gave me very wattery coffe
