Tim Hortons

Didn't listen to my question.
" Yessed " me through the drive thru. Gave me the one thing I asked not to be given. Puked on the side of the road.

Says open at 5am. Its not 530am. And gonna be late for work. Due to the workers imcompetence and not being open on time.

LOVE THE STAFF! I AM AT THIS LOCATION EVERY FRIDAY AND CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS! EVERYONE IS SO GREAT! SEE YOU ON FRIDAY!

The service with the ladies is good but there’s two guys I think one is the manager he is always there these two guys are rude you would say good morning to them and they will not reply.and when you notice that your food is not complete in the bag and you let them know they make you feel like you’re stealing something from them and food it missing when I get home, so I always check now before I drive out the store these two guys are not friendly they don’t say good morning they will not tell you have a wonderful day. They seem miserable at their job.

I am totally disappointed from the staff behaviour.
I said hello but she didn’t answer me. It was not the first time. I will not get there any more

I had an amazing experience on Sunday, September 3 at this Tim Hortons (Yonge and Millard in Newmarket).

I have been searching for a special gift for one of our congregation's Sunday School teachers. I did some snooping around and discovered that she loves Tim's coffee. A few weeks ago I saw a gift in one of their locations which I thought would be perfect, but I didn't recall which store that was, and now none of the stores I went to had it in stock.

I wanted to present the gift to the individual that day, so I visited the above-mentioned coffee shop, explained my "dilemma" (lol), and instantly about 3 or 4 of the staff got on their phones and literally called around to the other stores in the area until they found one with the gift item. I should have asked for their names but I was running late. Ladies, I just wanted you to know how impressed I was with the service and the effort.

BTW, before I dashed out the door to go pick up the gift, I did purchase a small dark roast regular coffee. Let me tell y'all something: It was hot and it was fresh (just brewed). And I wasn't surprised, either. Why would I be? It's ALWAYS fresh at Tim Hortons.

Consistency is their best.ig you like their food.you can expect the same experience every single time. Big thumbs up.

Are donuts were good and so were our drinks. Had a little confusion at the cash register, so it took a few extra mins.

Was not what I expected.
Order was split in half.
Only half of the order was taken, we got food and no drinks.

Agreed WORST customer service. Ordered a steak wrap told to park on the side which is loading zone. Waiting 20 min in the car finally went in to see what's going on. Service said "who's sandwich on the table"
UNBELIEVABLE

Had a bad experience first time ever with Tim Hortons. I ordered medium ice coffee less ice in it and he gave me only half cup saying that’s all you get

SPECIFICALLY WENT THERE FOR 2 DONUTS AND THEY PUT THEM IN BAGS AND WEN I OPENED THEM ALL THE CHOCOLATE FROM MY DONUT WAS STUCK TO THE BAG? IF ITS FRESH THEN PUT IN A SMALL BOX. RIDICULOUS

Great experience here, had the wrong coffee at another branch and they refused to change it for me. When I came here, Dhue was very understanding and changed my coffee right away - very friendly customer service!

Has a quick, yet somewhat awkward drive thru. Plenty of parking. Big dining room with plenty of seats. Staff are friendly and quick.

I found hair in my food when i went there yesterday, around 6 pm. The place is disgusting. Please do not go here!

Good place to meet and coffee with friends but the coffee is not great and there is no upscale option. Forget the menu as the food is either not healthy or poor quality.

Service is awful. They take forever. And chances are your order is wrong when you get it so you have to waste more time to fix it. Go to literally any other tims

Yikes.since when have managers taken it upon themselves to so casually be disrespecting their own staff.

I actually give this location zero stars. I went through the drivthru. Thankfully I removed my lid before drinking my coffee. There was a plastic glove floating in it. I brought it to Tim Hortons attention. Nothing has been done. I've been ignored. I didn't even get a free coffee to replace this disgusting one I had to throw away. This location is dirty. Don't bother attending
