Very rude, the checkout lady raised voice and rolled her eyes while me ordering. I didn’t do anything wrong. OMG: (

Poor customer service. Long line ups & staff who just stand around talking lead me to get the Tims App. Unfortunately, not being familiar with the app, I placed an order accidentally. I called seconds later to ask if my order could be made in 20 minutes, instead of right away. Guy on the phone said “I can’t control the app, there’s literally nothing I can do about it. ”

They don’t honour the refill policy.what’s the point of getting a “refill” if a paper cup is used?

Dwaine, the manager is so kind and helpful. He offered to carry my catering order to my office because I was by myself. We need more Dwaine in our lives. Thank you!

The manager (I believe she is a manager- lady with the glasses) at this location is so unfriendly. I’m not writing this review because I’m bitter about an experience- she’s always so rude to customers and constantly yelling at the staff. I have a dietary restriction and just confirmed when I picked up my order that it didn’t contain meat and the manager responded was super condescending.

If you ask for salt and pepper, they give you once single salt and one single pepper. Same with napkins. So cheap. Also they are notorious for giving cold bagels (despite asking for double toasted)

Tim Horton did not disappoint. Visited a couple of them during my Toronto trip and had a good experience at all of the locations. Loved the timbits and white hot chocolate. Their prices are super nominal and easy on the pocket for your daily cuppa compared to the Starbucks here in NY: P

Kiosk doesn’t work, long line ups and staff who don’t know their own products. Waited in line for 10 minutes after trying to order on the kiosk and telling the staff what I was trying to order (on the kiosk menu) only fir them to give me a confused look. Ultimately gave up without ordering.
