Went through the drive thru the girl at the window was counting up to the staff that they had to be quicker but its not worth quick when the bowl i got the chicken isn't cut and a quarter of the bowl is empty. I'd rather the food be becent then quick.

This used to be the best Tim Hortons around my area, but in the past few months it has gone down hill. I go to Tim Hortons daily and everyday there is something wrong with my order. Drinks not being made with correct dairy restrictions as asked, food quality has gone way down; you either get a burnt bagel or an under toasted bagel with too much butter, missing drinks in orders & only getting half your order. Back in the day when Tim hortons employees made mistakes on your order you wouldn’t be charged for the item THEY forgot, now they mess up your order so often you’re expected to make multiple payments at the window when correcting them after you receive your items to make sure you get your order.

It’s so disappointing to see this place going down hill. I think more thorough training is needed here.

New staff at this store won't let coustomers that they know visit this location every day 4 times a day be short. 20 cents till their next visit. Their new staff always talking in another language. This owner obviously doesn't care about everyday customers.

Their hash browns are so rock solid they can chip teeth. Prioritize cars and leave you waiting up wards to five min then they act almost like they don't want to make your coffee like your asking them to do some other job. Mostly it's the new staff that needs replaced. The old staff were kind and human. Thees new staff don't even make you feel comfortable being their simply ordering a coffee.
I know many think the same as I do but are not able to stand up for them selves. I am and I will. Your business has gone down hill all you hire are "international students" none full English speaking people.you lost a good customer. A 4 times a day customer. Won't be coming back unless thees problems are fixed.

Every time I come here they prepare my order in the pest way ever, all the staff are very nice and the services are very professional.

Orders never right. They don’t speak English let alone say anything to you at all. I miss what Tim Hortons used to be in Canada.

Hey, i usually come here and relax. The staff is very good and friendly. Usually on weekends there is one indian girl working at the drive thru in afternoon shifts. I have seen her, she is very pretty. I just want to convey message to her, You are very beautiful and cute. So, it will be great if there is any chance to talk to her because honestly, i am in love with her. So please if there is any any that how i can talk to her.

Don't pay with exact cash, your told every time that you didn't give them enough & you have to come up with another 25¢ or so. Might be nothing but if they do it all day, they are getting paid.

THE DRIVE THRU IS VERY SLOW, 4 CARS AHEAD OF ME, TOOK 10 MINUTES TO GET TO THE ORDER SPEAKER.

Very rude person making food, portion was half the size it was usually i tried to tell her to put salad on top not under hot rice and she didn't want to listen and stoll put it under hot food, i have had same bowl dish many times and this was a disappointment and i wont be going back to this tims are many years, people need to learn attitude when serving is key, you are in rge service business

Alright the only way to navigate this place quickly is when you are entering the drive through line check the parking lot. If there is one or two cars, go into the store instead. If more use the drive-through as interior space is limited and drive-through seems faster.

Got a cheese croissant for my son through drive-thru. They handed me the bag and said "you got lucky, it was the last one" I said thank you and drove off. Opened the bag and it looked like it was stepped on it. Completely crushed. My son said it was fine. No, it's not fine. I drove back and went inside. I handed it back to them and said this was unacceptable. I'd rather the refund. The employee said I can have another one. I was under the impression that this was the last one. She got another one which was about half the size compared to other locations. I decided to boycott this location till today. My wife said give them another chance. Ordered a cheese croissant again. Got one almost burnt and yet again half the size.

I keep going back to Tim Hortons because of their staff! They all are awesome, cheerful and have a great sense of humor! This brighten up my day!
