This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. There are a few amazing staff members but for the most part, they are dismissive and rude. Waiting 30 minutes for a coffee is excessive, especially when the order is lost/stolen. Many times when I've noticed my number shows as being served or when my number isn't showing anymore, I ask staff to confirm it is still coming. More often than not, I'm told it's still coming or get ignored altogether. Only after asking a second or third time do they admit the order was lost or taken. When asked to remake it I'm usually met with a sigh.

I understand that they are working hard at a busy location but that doesn't justify ignoring and sighing heavily at customers. If I had the opportunity to use a different location I absolutely would.

Great food and drinks were all made right. Went through the drive thru was a little slow but to bad.

Terrible staff. People are dying here and they have loved ones staying over night but god forbid they can't throw a bagel in the toaster (that's still on) 14 mins past 10pm.

I'm sure this particular outlet doesn't operate like it was, all the time, I'm sure it was like a wrong place wrong time scenario. It was running incredibly slow this day, I was 2nd in line and it took a great 20 min to get a dozen donut, the atmosphere was stressful with people actually getting angry in a place where its usually quite friendly.

This is hands down the slowest Timmies in town. Possibly in the province.
I get that sometimes things get busy but STILL - Come ON! It’s a guaranteed 10-20 minute wait for any order placed. There is always people waiting for their orders to be completed…. Crowding up the lobby….

Located inside the Hospital, it is a little hard to get there. The staff was friendly, Mostly busy all day. There's some dining space available if you really want to eat there. But take out would be a better choice in my opinion. Food and coffee is more or less similar to the other locations. They open till 11 PM.

I the self ordering kiosk. Everytime I ordered they didn't have either part of my choice or didused not have the item at all. Apparently they are not able to remove the items and the terrible part is that I paid for it at the kiosk and they were not able to give me my money back, or so they said. I had ordered an eclair. They gave me a honey cruller, which is not even half of what I paid. In fact, there was a promotion for any size, any type of espresso. Their espresso machine was broken and was expected not to be fixed for the entire promotion. So I ordered a vanilla Iced Capp with a shot of caramel. No caramel! They offered to add whipped cream, however I already added and paid for whipped cream myself, therefore I received no compensation yet again.

Understaffed and undersized. Ridiculous wait times for simple items, today I was told it would be over a 20 minute wait for a bagel with cream cheese.priority always seems to go to mobile orders and not counter service. I will not be returning to this location again.

Leave it to Tim Horton's to make your day difficult even when you have paid on their auto kiosk.once I paid, THEN I got the notification that my order didn't go through. BUT they did take my money. I had to show my bank statement to get my order.
5 stars to the personel that did their best to help. ZERO stars to the Tim Horton's corporation.

I picked up an online order here at the hospital and had to wait awhile. It was incredibly busy at lunchtime and two young men, Joey and Isaiah, were doing an absolutely awesome job at the online pickup order area. Although you could tell they were short staffed and getting backed up, these two guys were awesome despite the busy chaos. One girl making food was doing great holding on as well. Great job to you both!

My mother was directed to order from the touchscreen. She did, paid for it and then waited. When no one called her name she asked about it. They said they had no order for her. They asked her for proof but the machine didn’t provide a receipt. They insisted it would’ve been on her phone but she didn’t have one with her. They were rude & one employee said “f@ck you”. I have proof her debit was charged for an order she didn’t receive. She’s a senior and no one tried to help resolve the issue. She was met with nothing but ignorant, rude staff.

This place is a disaster. They were short staffed (they told everyone that) and that was the excuse for slow service. I get that. But most orders were wrong I saw numerous people in front of me get the wrong order. So I wasn't surprised when my order was wrong too. The staff didn't seen to care

One of, if not THE worst branch I’ve EVER been to. It’s consistently understaffed, meaning you’ll be waiting well over 15min, even for just a coffee. I understand it’s located in a hospital, so it’s naturally busy, but this is easily solved by increasing staff to handle the rushes. Store hours are fluctuating constantly; new hours are apparently 6am-7pm. But it doesn’t even matter, staff turn you away 10 mins to close anyways. Which is ridiculous considering the kitchen is closed after 6pm anyways so they only serve coffees, muffins etc. Orders are almost always made incorrect too. There’s really no saving grace. This location does not even deserve one star. Buy your coffee elsewhere!
