Little slow but one of the only places that doesn't mess up my iced coffee or tea orders

No workers here to make your order. Have to wait 10 min+ for any food items. This is not the workers fault cause she is basically doing everything. On the other hand they do have another worker here but they're just sweeping and mopping while there's a full line up. This Tim Hortons needs to be addressed

Messy.i did an online pick up but none were ready.they told me everything i ordered is sold out.they made me wait 10 mins for my food and made everyone elses that ordered ahead of me.my lemonade tastes like gasoline

Very slow service. Also not sure why but the offer from my app was deleted by the worker to make it a combo which was more expensive. 9 minute wait for a coffee and a sandwich. Manager was wiping counters while 3 girls tried there best and the line ended up being 7 deep.

One of the worst Tim’s I have ever been to. The line was huge and only one person was taking the orders and making them and the other person was doing something totally different. After waiting for 10 mins I ordered ice coffee and then after I’ve already paid they tell me that they don’t have all the ingredients for basic ice coffee.

Very very bad service here never employees very long wait times and very select choices of food

Gotta be the slowest Timmy's ever always just one girl working other in the back doing something else orders often made wrong lines exceed out of the door

Just visited. Ordered 2 iced coffees but they didn’t have it. I think payal was the name of girl. She made the best out of a bad situation. Absolutely amazing customer service. Will visit again!

Fir the love of god schedule more than 1 person per shift, the managers are clearly cutting employees at all costs

Started going to the further one because the staff makes me feel like every single word I said is the dumbest thing she’s ever heard in her life. I feel intimidated to come to the counter.

Always a large line. Staff is very unorganized. Today I went in to grab a coffee and an old fashioned plain donut. As I was driving to work I realized she never gave me my donut. Well im not surprised this happens on a regular basis not just with myself but with other colleagues that I know.
This location needs three staff on shift in morning hours. One at cash, one doing the baking and other filing the orders.

I don't know why but this Tim Hortons has really bad coffee. Watered-down and overly sour. It's better to go to the Tim Hortons on Evans Ave for coffee.

Terrible service. The girl is very very slowly. Seriously? ! She also tired to argue with customer. I don't think she is good for doing customer service.

After requesting a strawberry frozen lemonade I was given something completely different. After returning to the location I asked if I could receive the correct order. After being told multiple times I had the right order and insisting I didn't I was given a lemonade with ice in it. After again telling them what I wanted the employees were confused so I showed them the item on the phone application. The employees both looked like they understood, then I was handed an exact copy of the first thing that was wrong. So I walked out with two things I did not order nor did I want.

Been buying tea for years but lately the tea is half full and taste more creamy and less tea taste. I think making tea strategy has changed. <<<Stopped selling English Breakfast Tea>>>! For the past few weeks they don’t have English breakfast tea huh, let us know if you aren’t going to have it so I can get from somewhere else
