Extremely poor service. I waited 20 mins for a hot chocolate. No one is moving the line or paying attention to customers who have been waiting at the cash for more then 5 mins. You need more associates and people who actually understand English.

Absolutely the worst service and slowest wait time of any Tims location. 9 (nine) staff working and still have over 10 min + wait times for a coffee and a sandwich. This location is constantly one of the worst for service and wait times. It's located in the busiest mall in the city. You would think it would be staffed accordingly and with competent staff that listen to your orders. Sandwich was like warm at best and cheese had not melted. If it wasn't for working in this mall, if never visit this location again. Also didn't have ingredients for regular iced coffees, no signs posted. Had to get to the counter to find this out.

Very slow and inconsistent. Coffee is usually burnt and ice capps are usually tasteless. Food is hit and miss. They also mess up orders a lot and either refuse to fix it or get snarky. I once waited 15 minutes for 2 donuts and it wasn't that busy. Seemed like they were avoiding me everytime I tried to get their attention.

I had a very bad experience here. I ordered an XL coffee with one sugar, and 3 cream, they made it incorrectly with lots of sugar and no cream, so I came back and politely asked the young guy working there if it could be made into 1 sugar 3 cream. This time I could hear him pressing the cream and sugar buttons, and it didn’t sound correct so I asked him “are you sure it’s 1 sugar 3 cream? ” He gives me a dirty look and says “yes, I made it”

So I walk away and open the lid to check and sure enough it was a load of sugar with 1 shot of cream, again

So I return again determined to get the correct coffee and I ask him “excuse me this is still not correct can you please make it 1 sugar and 3 cream?

Now he doesn’t even look at me, makes the coffee and gives it to me (this time it’s correct finally) and tells me not to order from him again and leave before he calls security. I was shocked

So I ask “can I speak to the manager “ and he responds “I am the manager! ” (He isn’t) and then says “are you leaving or am I calling security? ” I then turn to another employee and ask if there is a manager I can speak with, and they tell me “there is no manager here “ so I walk out. Terrible experience

This Tim Hortons, staffed by literal monkeys, is a sensory nightmare. The barista, a foul-smelling burly orangutan named Brutus, seemed more interested in flinging coffee grounds and pounding his chest than brewing a decent cup. My coffee tasted like regret with a hint of banana funk. The stench of primate body odor overwhelmed any chance of enjoying my caffeine fix. If you're into aromatic adventures and have a strong stomach, give it a go. Otherwise, hold your nose and run to a more hygienic cafe.

I came here today and I bought 2 sides of potato wedges. When I received them.the majority of the wedges were dry and not edible.

Only two staff members working in the front, a bit of a lineup, but the two ladies did very well, with smiles on them the entire time. Both my beverages came out fresh and hot.

Five star because the staff are very nice and they professionally handled and de-escalated a woman that was harassing them and trying to cause a scene. All because the washrooms are temporally/permanently closed. She could’ve just used the Cataraqui Centre’s washrooms.

Service here is disappointing everytime I go and today was no exception. There were very few people in line but the cashier still felt the need to rush through my order of one coffee and brought up the payment on the debit terminal before I could say anything or get the app open to scan. I tried to scan the app on my own before making payment and the scan beeped so I assumed it had worked and then tapped my payment card. I did not receive any reward points or a roll up the rim credit. I returned to the same cashier and explained the situation. He sheepishly looked down at the point of sale terminal screen and pretended to "investigate". He then said "There's nothing we can do" so I asked if it was my fault or his? He then changed his story and said "the points and roll should show up later", needless to say they did not. Overall a small inconvenience in the grand scheme of things but the lack of decent customer service and lying to my face is what's most frustrating besides not getting reward points or a roll.

Nothing Pleasant about this tim hortons. The coffee was horrendous, the service was probably the slowest service I've ever experienced going to a tim hortons. It took 15minutes for them to make a breakfast wrap with only 4 people in front of me. I would strongly not recommend going to this tim hortons especially if you are in a crunch for time. That service should never be that slow especially being near a main bus transfer route. Need to hire people that actually want to work and not people who just drag their feet. They are not organized at all and was rude when I asked about my food. Last time going here. It was so bad I watched customers just walk out not even grabbing their food because they didn't want to wait any longer

Literally the worst Tim Hortons in Kingston. I have never reviewed a store, ever. But their sheer incompetence has angered me enough to type this out.

No organization, leadership, or urgency in sight. 15min minimum for a simple double double. Want food? Hope you’ve got an hour to kill. I’m just waiting for the automated response from the “owner” to tell me how sorry they are.

Beautiful location, great company with different kinds of people. Much better than downtown Horton. 10/10

Says open at 8am but are always 10 -15 mins late to open everyday. Employees will just stand there and stare at the customers waiting outside when they are suppose to be open. This happenes on a daily basis so I choose not to purchase at this location.

Prompt and friendly service. Nice location where you can grab a coffee and hop on the bus or vice versa.
