Not long before closing with minimal options left, was declined the ability to substitute a donut for a muffin. There were 3 kinds of donut left and buying a half dozen.turned down even tho close to closing (throw donuts away) and no other options. We tip you all the time.yet u can't show appreciation with a muffin?

So bad service always has to wait for order.even if i take drive thru doesn’t make any difference.
I was getting late for my work so i order online. Already paid for it. So i can just pickup my order and go.
But even after online order i have to wait for atleast 7 mins in drive thru. 2 employees were working and both were taking care of in store customers. My order was ready but no one has time to handover parcel. Also it was not busy.
Not recommend this place.

Every time I come here, especially late at night, the workers are so rude. This is also the only place in the world that a honey dip donut will be put in a bag with a cheese croissant which will then be chucked at you. Do yourself a favour and drive to the malden road or sandwich location.

Got my order correct! Fresh donuts. Sat and chatted and relaxed with friend from county. Good place to meet.

Got a tea, as usual. So many locations don’t serve honey anymore. Which is sad. Meanwhile they’re trying to serve poke bowls. Go figure. Get back to the basics, Tim Hortons. You did hot beverages first. My order was decently quick, but a guy in front of me asked for his money back. He waited over 15 for a sandwich. In my opinion, their food is garbage anyway.

Everything of this place is terrible
Food terrible
Service if you could speak English it would go along way with the confusion at the drive through window every order is messed up.
Younger Lady mgr is brutal and confrontational without reason or explanations
Fast food but I don't need the drama
Perhaps education or at the very least proper training and higher iqs
