Tim Hortons

Went through the drive through and ordered a bagel with cream cheese but was very surprised to find that there was a hole in my bagel. Went back to the Tim Hortons and went through the front this time to talk to one of the employees and found there were holes in the donuts too! Asked the employee and they said thats just how they’re made. Completely outraged that they’re getting away with this!

Stopped in for a coffee and bagels. The guy that served me could barely speak English. Had to repeat the order 3 times. And they still messed it up. Added cream when I asked for black. Ordered 2 plain bagels double toasted with butter and cheddar. When I got the bagels they cold, barely toasted and they couldn't even take the time to cut them in half. Was a regular stop for me when in the area but starting to rethink it. Tim hortons needs to do a training course on how to actually cut a bagels. Definitely not impressed

I always buy my coffee on my way to work. They serve appropriate coffee how i want.
