The best Tim Hortons branch in downtown Toronto. Plenty of seating, great service and very polite staff. I highly recommend you to visit this spot for your daily Tim's run.

The employees give warm welcoming with new customers. Very kind and generous and place is spotless. Highly recommend, for a quick bite.

The staff do not listen to you and give you the wrong thing, and they won't serve you right away when entering. Also bathroom is locked and why you ask to use it they don't let you but they will let someoneelse use it. Small and cramped, people by themselves take up the two tables that can have more then 3 people so if your a crowd there is no room. Table arrangement makes 0 sense.

Found out that they're selling prepared sandwiches I ordered a turkey sandwich which normally comes with turkey lettuce and tomato Mayo and found out that these sandwiches come pre-built with bacon I don't know why they want to put pork on everything some people don't eat it some people are allergic to it so now I can't even buy a turkey sandwich because it might be tainted with pork how does this go with "Tim Hortons slogan always fresh".

I've been watching over the last 4 years this franchise slowly going downhill from a great franchise and nowadays simply mediocre barely having the stuff on the menu in stock even main products like bread which they use to make most of their sandwiches I went to five different locations and they were out of bread how basic is that when some of the locations bake it themselves! The ladies and gentleman customer service at location is top notch! I don't know what they're going to do to save this franchise because it slowly becoming like McDonald's where I will only eat one thing on their menu!

I visited this location a couple weeks ago. I was served by a very kind gentleman named Guru. I was extremely impressed by his great customer service and upselling skills. He is a great asset to Tim Hortons. Way to go Guru!

They consistently serve old coffee at this location - and lie about it when asked. It's costs the workers no money to make fresh coffee so why don't they do it? Pathetic

This doesn’t look anything like the advertisement. Avocado bagel needs way more avocado. My breakfast was especially all bread today

It's a small new Tim's - fresh coffee and pastries- this place has avocado bagel.have never seen this in any other Tim's - awesome

Servers-i am hard pressed to say there aren't 'issues' with some of the servers. It's an attitude thing.

Pastries-the basics are on display. They have as well the 'decadence' of Tim Hortons pastries!

The store- well maintained all the way, including washrooms. Though, as many other businesses have opened up the men/women labelled washrooms, Tim Hortons has not.they continue to reserve a washroom for their own personal change room. Its not right or fair for various reasons.

Drinks-ice tried various drinks but need to expand that list to give better review. I will say I haven't yet had to reorder or state my order multiple times. That's an improvement.

Quality food, lots of exclusive items only available at this specific location! I was startled by all the interesting things that are not offered at any other Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in locating the bathrooms as well as offering suggestions to the menu on new and exciting products everyone should try atleast once. Wonderful service

This outlet is bigger and has more food/drink options.it closes at 9 pm on weekdays.

One for overall Sanitation of dining/sitting area and Public Washroom. No Ventilation or Fresh air flow. Patrons smoke in washroom from cigarettes to weed. You have to be buzzed in to use washroom. Covid Protocols have gone down the toilet. I highly recommend Mask.

Very impressed with this Tim’s! It was very clean, the staff were so friendly and quick too! It honestly seemed like a very high end cafe and was so warm and welcoming! Such a great experience at this location. Kudos to the staff for making it so pleasant. I definitely recommend this Tim’s!

I can not believe the person who prepared my order! How come he/ she didn’t see that my croissant is burnt and black? This is disgusting and you guys have to value your customers more. Today you don’t even deserve one star.

This is the most disgusting Tim Hortons I've ever been in. Granted it's the only one I've ever been in, in Toronto. The bathrooms look like they've been ignored for a very long time. The soap dispenser is completely broken and there's no soap or hand sanitizer available. It looks like someone walked all over every inch with muddy boots, especially the sink. The toilet is covered in. Liquids. I was scared there wouldn't even be toilet paper. It smells horrendous (not just the bathroom, the whole place) they don't have any prep area so the food options are limited based on what was prepared off site and delivered each day. I will say the staff were friendly, and I can't imagine what they must have to deal with, but they need some serious cleaning done.
