I counted 7 staff this morning and zero at the register. There’s gotta be a more efficient system to run a restaurant.

Every time I'm here there is fast service and reliable coffee. I also greatly appreciate that it is 24/7

1 star for Manager. 2 star for employees.

They are your employees - juniors - Subordinates.it's better to talk with them nicely and solve their problem rather than shouting at them.
They have a nice youth who are working and as a young blood needs a little bit of training and they can do better than today.
However, I wasted my 15 minutes in the drive thru for a Tea peppermint tea triple triple but whatever I got a cup of hot water with a tea bag. No sugar inside.
Then I have to park my car and come back to them and I was thinking to order something but I saw Timmy bits falling outside. Being an employee if this happens but not watching Till from outside neither guide employees to see them once in a while. It looks a little strange here in hospitality that's why change my mind because health is a priority for me rather than experiement on such place.

Being a manager is not like you are an autocratic leader you need to understand, Guide, motivate and lastly trainer for those unskilled employees who are working hard for you.

Apart from this, if you don't have sugar kindly close the store.

I just visited the store. Employees in there didn’t even greet. Have no respect towards the customers. It’s the worst experience I had with the tim hortons.

Appreciative that this store operates 24/7. However, the service was not commendable on my visit. I visited this store with my lady nd she entered while I parked. When I met her inside, she was visibly upset. Upon asking her what's wrong, she advised that the avaliable table she desired to sit at was dirty. Thus, after asking an employee to wipe it down she showed me a FILTHY, NASTY cloth lying on the counter that the worker she asked had thrown 2wards her, telling her to clean it. He claims his name is something like, "Anuruag". So I got his attention to ask abt cleaning the table nd he became agitated abt not having time to clean the table off. He claimed bc only he nd his other co-worker, who actually was more customer friendly, were working he wasn't gonna clean it. Meanwhile, there was no one in line atda register when I walked in. To his credit, the drive thru was with a line-up but to shun my woman nd be disrespectful abt not accommodating a customer request which is not outside the actual duties of an employee to keep cleanliness. However, after I was persistent about it nd pointed out the unclean work area behind the counter, the overflowing garbage, the occupying homeless nd the lingering thought ofa "pandemic" environment, the more reasonable co-worker politely said that we should pick another table bc of the disturbing homeless man who'd seized the table next to the one we wanted clean, that he would clean the 2nd choice for us. We chose, he cleaned nd we were fine until we noticed that the two entrance doors NEVER CLOSED! After I got up twice to close both doors, I saw that both doors were on auto open. So because my lady has anemia, I again asked this "Anuruag" guy about taking the doors off automatic so the doors would close and the claim was that the doors stay that way ALL YEAR long. Rather than argue further, I decided to let the customer base know how some ppl at this store put off certain customers bc due to their lackadaisical, unconcerned, non customer friendly attitude, biases nd pure dismissal where legal implications can be applied in relation to medical issues. BE AWARE out there general public

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons to go to. They overcharged us at the drive thru, refused to acknowledge that even after we explained to them and even said we owed them more money. After a bit they all just ignored us and refuse to provide a refund and talk to us. There's many other Tim Hortons, avoid this one if you want some decent customer service.

Major chaos at this location. Nice people but highly unorganized. Take a long time to get order and you get it in parts.

I order coffee a double double and steeptea and the taste was so disgusting. NO, sugar at all. The service was very slow, the fact that there is no line up and that there are lots of employee in the store front.

I was there the other day and ordered grill cheese melt with some modification. I think i got the best grill cheese ever. They got my order accurate the sandwich and coffee was also really good. On top of that customer service at this location was really good. Every employee is soo nice and welcoming.

This drive thru is one of the worst. They always get my order wrong and the employees need to have some manners. The worst order I had is when they replaced the water to my tea for coffee! Like seriously.

Service at this Tim Hortons was very fast and staff was also nice and friendly. All over restaurant was clean and maintained and drinks were great in taste and made with proper hygiene.

The staff is very friendly, the food service is quite speedy, and the surroundings are kept clean.

First of all, I wanted a chicken ranch wrap but they were missing the crispy chicken, so I got the slowed cooked instead and when I checked my food at home it was shredded chicken. Also, I ordered a bagel B. E. L. T and it was missing an egg, literally just a bagel with tomato, lettuce and bacon.
I would have understood if I visited the location later in the day for missing a lot of the ingredient but it was around 2pm.
Overall, horrible experience and would never visit again.
I called the location to question for missing ingredients and it went straight to voice mail.

I should say there are about atleast 6 to 9 employees. What so sad is that all about 4 to 5 guys they fight over head set's they are all taking the head set from each and none have a clue what they are doing. They are so slow on the drive-thru and inside the the restaurant, because they are busy taki6the head set's from each other. Me personally if the owner of the place care he or she should go when they don't expect it they'll see how poor and slow is the service. The atmosphere there is so bad because so many homeless people and as go is it smells.

Ordered bacon/grilled cheese melt and iced cup for my daughter, Sept 7 between 6: 45 to 7am. When we reached the window and reaching for my card the guy told the person taking the orders to tell the customers to get their payments ready! He is so rude. It's like a slap on my face that I'm too slow for him. He's a racist! (Cause I am a Filipino) And then, he told me to park and wait for my order.

Very bad service from the guy who are serving the drive through (Jay) i just came to the line and he didn’t want to serve me i told him i took a permissions from the people before me but he denied, he is not good for the costumer service at all.

I come here for break and lunch and pretty much every time the order is either fully wrong or the coffee or drink you ordered is forgotten about or no sweetener is in it.

I went for breakfast at 10am. I ordered hash browns they said they don’t have any, it’s not ready. It’s 10am. Like when would it be ready for breakfast lol. Ordered cheese croissant, they said they didn’t have any. I then ordered the smoky honey bacon breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was completely disheveled, egg falling out, tomatoes completely fell out. The “honey” was literally a drop and I tasted it on the last bite. They had no “everything” bagel either. I go to Tim’s everyday so I will go back but don’t fall for the new honey bacon or whatever it’s called. It’s not worth the money and not different than anything else they have. It’s just disappointing when you support a business and they don’t handle the food with care.
