The service was fast, the ice coffee was great, and the wraps were delicious, the workers there are amazing!

The staff at this location is absolutely a joy to deal with they are all very friendly, polite, and very respectfully. I am a retired gentleman and have been in the service business my whole life, so I appreciate great service. There is one girl in particular who I believe is management material. Her name is JASPREET she has the best smile, she is very respectful, courtious, and friendly. It's a joy to have her serve me. There are not enough people in the world like this girl. I strongly believe that Tim Hortons got lucky hiring this girl. I just hope they realize it. We need more people like her in this world. I tip my hat to her parents' they did a great job raising her.
I hope her boss and Tim Hortons realize what they have.
It would be a shame if she ever left.

Terrible service. Cashier was dividing her attention meaning that I had to repeat multiple parts of my order multiple times. My tims card would not scan to which she simply shrugged. After waiting for our food while watching many people come in, get their orders, and leave, we finally went up to ask about it. They told us that it had been waiting at a different counter the whole time but jo one called out the order. When we went up the bag was sitting in a counter that was inaccessible to us.

Food was decent however they are kissing all the staples of classic tim hortons.

Would not recommend.

I have lived in the area for years and frequently visit this Timmies but I'm going to give up on coming here, even if it is one of those "special" locations.

I am not exaggerating when I say that EVERY SINGLE ORDER I've made has had something wrong with it. It's always something - they ALWAYS forget my food order so I'm left waiting for 10 minutes before I have to ask if it's being made, any simple beverage I ask for is apparently too complicated, e.g. Asked for black coffee with NOTHING in it and I get a double double. The matcha beverages are DISGUSTING - they are always clumpy, with huge green clumps of undissolved matcha floating around in milk. I ordered a cold brew and it was 99% milk and 1% coffee.

There is zero communication between the employees. There's sometimes 3-4 people waiting for their missing drinks/food at the counter and employees are just mindlessly cleaning or stocking things rather than asking the customer if they are missing anything in their order. Why else would we be waiting by the counter for 10 minutes? !

The staffs at this Tim Hortons were exceptionally friendly, and the restaurant was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend it for both great service and a clean environment.

Yeeeehaw another Tim Hortons, this location is small and cute perfect for a grab and go type experience.

I had the cold brew and Dulce Apple Dream Fritter Doughnut (DADFD, for short) and I’m not going to lie the DADFD was kind of wack, I only bought it because I am a fan of the regular Apple fritter so I figured I would try something new but I wasn’t impressed.

I’m still glad I tried it though because I like having new experiences life is all about trying new things and discovering experiences you were once ignorant of but I digress.

Come down to this Tim Hortons and they will make you feel whole again in ways you never thought imaginable.

Service is absolutely horrible. I don’t know why they ask you to repeat your order now because they still serve you what ever they feel like not what I ordered, haven’t gotten one order right and I unfortunately go there daily if this position is complicated I think I deserve the Nobel peace prize for doing my job

A large number of mosquitoes and flies in sweets, terrible experience.however the customer services are always good.

Went back again as was close and asked for an Oreo strawberry frostie and guess what? They were out of ingredients. I cannot stress just how poorly run this location is. Abysmal and pathetic. If all Timmy’s were run by these people they would have been bankrupt a looong time ago. Laziest incompetent management I’ve ever seen in any company. Ever!

Worst Tim Hortons ever if you want more than a coffee! Every single time we come here they are OUT OF DONUTS like every single time no matter what time of day it is. Worst manager in the business as they don’t seem to have a clue what they’re doing! We are now going to Goto another Tim Hortons miles further just to get what we want! Ridiculous!

Service is fantastic! Specially the lady called smriti she have beautiful smile on and very welcoming to all the ages! She is a kids friendly, seniors friendly and all the ages friendly! That’s make me to go there and get some cold drinks. This teams are bless to have this lady who treat everyone equally with respect! God job!

I came here for a large iced coffee black and told by cash only, large iced coffee black in all other Tim hortons is $2.93, this place I gave $5 cash and the guy only gave me $1.35 changes back, hope it was a mistake (not a scam), and the iced coffee was only 2/3 full and lots of foam on top, then waited 10 mins and still the same (never had foam on iced coffee before), at the end I didn't drink and it went to garbage

Small little place BUT has some donuts I've never even seen
I didn't get a receipt so I'm assuming it's pricey (?) Small Ice capp and donut was almost $7

Placed a mobile order at this location multiple times a week due to having a young baby in the car. This morning I placed my mobile order and I had to wait after every single customer who walked in to get my order and on top of that it ended up being incorrect. I drove back and asked for a refund and did not receive the exact change back! Tried to call the store multiple times and no one picks up!

Really nice people and one of the staff members have a really pretty smile. Just saying she made my day by just smiling.

I went into the Tim Hortons thinking I was going to get some quality food with vegetables and was expecting the menu to be more welcoming. But instead was premade sandwiches with no customization available, it just didn't look appetizing and was very underwhelming. I understand the restaurant (if you can call it that at this point) specializes in drinks. But come on.at least the woman at the counter taking my order was nice.
Never coming back to a location like this.

Useless staff ordered an iced coffee made a hot coffee after comlaing she cheap was so rude with me

Don't go here. You'll always likely encounter unhinged individuals taking over the place loudly cursing and threatening patrons. Staff will do nothing. Bunch of statues. Will never waste my time or money here again. This is a daily occurrence along with the crack addicts and dealers out front. Should just shut down this location. Go anywhere but here.

Not as inviting as some of the other locations. Staff seem very blah. Very little options for deserts and no room to spread out. Seats are in a small area crammed together. I use this location as coffee to go stop.
