I went there yesterday order a lemonade and when I got there was a bug in and the worker check and and said yes there bungs in this, they replaced the drink no hesitatetion

I love the mobile ordering cuz you can go right into the Mobile Spot and pick up my coffee but at this location every time I went there I've had to ask and wait in line for my coffee. I suffer from anxiety and a I have to tie my dog up outside. So what is the purpose of a mobile order line if there's not going to be use properly by the staff

It is a classic. You can't visit a Canadian city without having had a coffee and some "timbits" in the morning.

The place is always kinda dirty and the smell is weird, the food always has a odd aftertaste and is never completly warm, overall would pick a better place to go.

Worst service ever. Staff took order then found they couldn't fulfill it but didn't tell me for 5 minutes. Then would not give my money back. Assured me the product was in the oven and would be ready in one minute. 5 minutes later, no product and staff would not make eye contact. Asked one more time for my money back, the guy said no and walked away. I waited a few minutes longer, left without my food or money. Took approx 15 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to
Staff are very under trained.

Communicating my order at the drive thru was a struggle and then drove off, language barrier not the electronic was the problem

Right now the downtown location is so inconsistent! My coffee never tastes the same from day to day. Sometimes I have to come home and add sugar sometimes there's not enough cream. So now I resort to asking them for cream and sugar on the side even though my coffee is a triple triple. There's many times I get my coffee, taste it in the store then have them remake it. I have been going to that store for almost 5 years now and I would never recommend it to anyone!

SUNDAY JAN 15,2023 9: 30am, ordered 6 chocolate chunk cookies, to get home and find it was 3 chocolate and 3 peanut butter cookies, when i went back in to get the order correct, they lady just get 3 more chocolate chunk cookies and says “here you go” no apolegie for the error, people have allergies to peanut butter, that was the LAST time i will ever go to Tim Hortons as this happens WAY too frequent!

Tim Horton himself would be disappointed, step your quality up!

I am not a big fan of Tim’s. Highly overrated. I asked for a steeped tea and was served coffee. I asked for an everything bagel but was given a stale grainy bagel with overloaded amounts of. Trashed it.

Things have really gone down hill for this store, the coffee doesn't even taste like coffee, more like hot water cream and sugar.

I just wanna say that I went Tim today and the customer service was amazing. There was a girl Jasmine she was very friendly nd cooperative nd she made my visit 100 times better. Just an advise to management to have staff life her. A friendly and smiling girl.

I asked for a med white hotcolate with 2 milk thru drive. Service was fast. When I went to drink from my cup I almost burnt my tongue. No milk at all and the drink was so watered down. Went back inside, for a new drink, after 2 minutes was served later to find out they are actually out of white hotcolate. Then they spend the next 5 mins looking for the white hot chocolate mix in the back. I just asked them for a normal hot chocolate at this point. Hot chocolate 2 milk. 10 mins later on my way with a hot chocolate with still no milk and watered down. One drink should not be this hard to order and be repeatedly made wrong. Was no worth my time to ask again for a remake. The staff is friendly but they good be way faster and more accurate with their service.

This is a busy place most of the time during morning rush hours.
But they manage to serve very quickly.
They have friendly staff and clean washrooms!

I would give this place no stars at all - it is HORRIBLE! Poor management, premises are DIRTY, don’t even mention the washrooms.when we walked in the line all the way up to the door, only one cashier opened. When the line wasn’t moving we decided to place an order via the self-ordering kiosk. We waited for the bagel quite long (about 10 minutes), when we got it, there was almost no cream cheese, so l returned it to be fixed (l also ordered bacon, which was missing completely). Still waiting for our drinks. People ahead of us got their drinks but no sandwiches and they ended up asking for a refund. We were waiting for our drinks another 15 minutes at least, and l got it just when l asked.
This is one of two Tim Hortons in Fergus, l believe, but we are definitely not returning back ever.

I've went here 3 time each time was awful. The first time I waited for 25 minutes only because they forgot I even ordered anything. 2nd time they messed my sandwich entirely and I didn't get the time to bring it back since it took so long. The 3rd time they gave me a Farmers wrap with no egg or sausage and two hasbrowns inside? The hasbrowns we're super stale it was gross. Also my wife's coffee is absolutely covered in mayonnaise which she's actually allergic too.

It's super understaffed, and one of these visits I noticed what seemed to be a manager or owner pop by while there's three kids impossibly trying to run the whole show by themselves, the manager woman barked a couple orders at them and left casually. I've been a general manager for a long time I couldnt imagine doing that.

This place needs a DRAMATIC overhaul in management. I don't plan on going in here anymore at all

I ordered breakfast meal (farmers breakfast) in the kiosk and no receipt given on the machine. I've waited about 10 minutes and they gave me my farmers breakfast anticipating that I will have my orange pekoe tea. I asked him about my tea and he answered with rudeness, that's your order and he turned his back without giving me any answer. Asked other staff about my order and willingly provide it. The first employee, who gave me my sandwich approached me again and asking what I need. I told him my order was a breakfast meal and I don't have my tea. He act innocently that it seems he doesn't know why I'm still waiting and standing in front of their counter. I love Tim Hortons but this is the worst experienced I have. Will never come back on this store again. Did not even apologize of his mistake. Poor costumer service it's so ashamed!

Why not just close the place all together? How can this place not have the ability to stay open past 7pm, and not having ice coffee in the summer is just a disaster.

Horrible service. Don’t bother ordering from the display because the staff don’t read the orders for some reason.

Drive thru is always the worst. Even when only 1 car in line.

Terrible walk up dine in service. All the staff work the drive thru. Awful for the environment when people know the service is faster in the drive thru.

Came in for coffee at 1pm staff was nice but oh so filthy floors tables bathroom didn’t stay will not go here again health bored needs to deal with this place not overly busy so no excuse for not being cleaned

I brought 4 breakfast wraps and they were not grilled properly and everything on the 2 bacon wraps were at bottom of wrap. The best thing we got was our coffee, the young girl at front counter was WERE POLITE and made the perfect coffee. High five to her. (not sure of her name but it was 11: 15 am Saturday morning).

Fast service and friendly staff. Limited selection of banned goods on my last visit. Bonita did Pokemon Go fans with two gyms nearby!

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons. It is unkept garbages are always full. It is unsanitary the bathrooms are disgusting. And often no products like TP or soap to wash your hands.

The service is always slow no matter you use counter or drive thru. It is at least ten minutes every morning just to get a coffee because the staff are disorganized and prep your order only while you are at the the drive thru window. This after waiting ten minutes already.

It is like they don't understand the point of the drive thru. Get it ready before they get to the window. I walked in once to get a morning coffee because the lineup atvdrive thru was to the road and 1 had to ask to be served and two was told to wait while he filled napkins at 6: 15 when the store had already been opened for 45 minutes. I had to tell him To stop what he was doing. Where is the manager.

I prefer to go to the store in Arthur which is 20 minutes away rather than put up with that.

In the mornings going to work makes that not feasible.

The girl working the counter was friendly and busy.the 6 other staff working the drive through didn't help her at all.

Might as well not bother trying to be a customer unless you use the drive-thru – I waited ages to be served (or even acknowledged), and then someone came in after me, went to the next counter, and was served ahead of me. Clearly, Tim Horton's doesn't need anyone's business.

Overall good experience however there were issues with the debit machines- however the manager was able to comp the coffee which was very kind.

Walked into store at 9: 37pm, no staff visible until a car came thru drive thru.they served the car looked right at me and ignored the fact that i was standing there.not the first time this has happened either.never coming back.good job!

I used up my points to have breakfast inside Tim Horton's sitting on a reel table rather than taking out the food and I'm glad that restaurants are back open again for inside dining at 100% capacity. Friendly Service as usual always smiling faces.

I just left a Tim Hortons in Fergus, ON (downtown location). I frequent Timmies 1-2x a week, typically in Guelph but was traveling through Fergus, so stopped there. My normal order is a medium iced capp, made with almond milk, and maybe a baked good. Today I wanted to try one of the new wraps, as well as my iced capp and a couple of plain timbits for my pup, who was taking advantage of a car ride!
I went through the drive thru, thinking it'd be quicker. It wasn't. I got to the order speaker and placed my order. When I got to my iced capp, I was told it couldn't be made with almond milk due to potential allergies. This was a first for me. Since almond milk was first introduced at Tim Hortons, this is what I get. I don't drink dairy milk, and only use almond milk, even at home. So to be told that this specific location doesn't allow almond milk? I get that there are those with nut allergies - I understand. But with anything, if you have a nut allergy, you are aware that going to a place like Tim Hortons will expose you to possible but crossovers with the drinks and food there. It's just the way it is. So if I had a lactose intolerance, and needed almond milk, then what? No allowances for that? You can't choose one allergy pathway and not another.
Anyway, that started my unhappiness. Once I was at the window, waiting for my order, I quickly received my drink and my pup's timbits. The wrap was another story. Pretty sure they had to go kill the chicken that was used for the wrap. I had to wait at the window for 7 minutes for the wrap. Thus is a drive thru, the point of which is to be quick. I was watching them reference a book (with pictures) making sure that they were making it correctly. So obviously I was the first wrap order? !? ! Anyway, by the time it was handed to me (without apologies for the wait), the drive thru line up was now onto the street.
I can't recommend this Timmies unfortunately. Poor customer service

There was coffee grounds in my iced coffee. The entire bottom of my cup is full of grounds. Yuck.

Its a Tim's. They are all the same. This one is no different. The cashier got my order wrong but quickly fixed it and apologised. I have only been here once or twice, update 2021… not enough staff for the front counter. Long wait for one person to serve the front counter.

I am writing this review as I wait in line. I have now been in line for 15 mins. For real and am not even the next ready. In the 15 mins they have served 2 customers inside the restaurant. The drive thru seems to be moving ok.

15 minutes wait. This is horrific and not at all what is expected from Tim Hortons. This new management needs to step it up!

First thing I can see is pure filth everywhere, inside and out, it's like there's no management in charge. The entire glass counter looked like it hasn't been cleaned it weeks. Drive thru was empty yet 5 employees couldn't help the one cashier doing all the work yet alone lift a finger to clean the filth in the kitchen. Bad attitude when I tried to order inside for whatever reason, I order two meals, that's it, not difficult. Really ashamed of this location, I'd be embarrassed as an owner.

Great shop. Friendliest crew. Four Timbits out of 5. Decent coffee, not perfect. Parking lot is a nightmare when busy. Worth a stop.

This store is going down big time. It’s everything you don’t like in a Tim’s. If you want even poorer service than the mistakes and poor attitude, try going in instead of the regularly packed drive through. Better off 10 minutes to Elora

They were out of Cold Brew Coffee for I dont know what reason. So, I took the Dark Roast coffee even though I was not intending to at the beginning. Restroom was cleaner than many other Tim branches.

This is the best Tim Horton's in Fergus hands down. Every time I go there the girls are so friendly and so nice. They made me feel pretty special today. So a big thank you to the entire staff. Keep up the good work!
Better selection of product and the fastest drive thru

Staff are nice enough, but worst one in Fergus. Carry such a small selection compared to all the other Tim’s in Fergus - can’t understand it with the footfall, and makes no sense with having a poor selection of Tea - what’s the price of a box of tea sitting there - no English Breakfast and No Honey Lemon.as I say nice people but better to go 500m to the one at Esso opposite Walmart

Ordered ahead on the app. Went inside a few minutes later for mobile pickup. Not ready, and had to repeatedly request for my order. Ordering ahead at this branch ended up taking me longer than walking in and ordering. Wasted my time!

Found a piece of plastic in my ice coffee. Called the restaurant and the manager hung up on me after I reported the issue to him

I orderd timbits, when i ate at home it taste so gros, and made me sick. No fresh food and worst service. Never going back up there

I asked for 40 fresh timbits. I got 40 stale timbits. Absolutely no customer service. No greeting.no hello, no smile, no thank you. Will not be going back there again.

The staff was really friendly. The staff didn't notice me waiting there, she apologized and gave me a medium iced cap for the price of small. I was waiting there for hardly a minute. I was really impressed. Thanks

If this is the one in Fergus, then it is pretty poor. They advertise, I ordered and paid for a sausage breakfast only to then be TOLD (without apology) that they don't serve sausage at that store. When I queried why I wasn't advised when ordering the girl told me (WITHOUT apology) that the Lady taking orders didn't know. So I had to have bacon.

They treat you as a number. They do not smile. 'Next order thanks.next order. Next please' as you put your drink in the cup holder. I responded thanks so much have a great day her response. 'Yup next! ' I worked at tim hortons for nearly 7 years. I am disgraced. This is the last time I will be 'supporting' this franchise. I'd rather spend 5$ per coffee at starbucks for something that's not burnt tasting (hard to imagine you can mess up a BLACK WITH 2 SUGARS) sorry timmies. You are no longer my coffee stop shop

Several locations. Live the east end Tim's Very friendly stall. Remember your orders from day to day. Greet you with axsmile have a great day and the best part is they are quick and curtious. Never in a long line up. Great place friendly. Love it

Morning rush, huge line, only ONE EMPLOYEE at the till and FOUR EMPLOYEES outside smoking.
What a joke. I walked out rather than wait.

This tim hortons has gone downhill. The weekday morning crew is the only crew that can do their job. Every Sunday, right around 5pm for an entire month. I attempt too order a large double double made with sweetener and a medium double double, Gary, and a couple others, interrupt you while taking your order, making it, so you have to tell them multiple times. But still, they get the order wrong. And best of all, when you try to tell them the problem, they don't understand you because they hardly speak a lick of English. Also on multiple occurences, the body odor from the employee, has been on my coffee cup.

St andrew st fergus is a total joke i just moves here from owensound and am a total timmie die hard i spend atleast 10 doler aday at this store. This location should not be running service os a joke. Night staff spend more time in back chanting thier native tongues then paying attention to counter for last month on evenings i always wait least 10 min i could rob place they wouldnt know. And as for food im there in morn at 645 this is no donut shop lol there isent even a donut on site in morning here so much for making money now everyone goes to other location ive owned my own restaurant and these bussiness that run like this give them all a bad name sorry not one good thing about this location

The downtown site dilutes the French vanilla. It was not my choice to visit this location. Tim's at the south end of Fergus is the best!

Tim Hortons is terrible, but this one is the worst. Besides the terrible sandwiches, that look amazing only in pictures but completely meh in real life, and a coffee that I would prefer to drink toilet water, lots of drugs activities in this location. Stay away!

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes just to get 2 coffees. So slow. And we were the only car there at 8pm

Not one of the best Tim Hortons I've been in. Their iced drink machines are almost always in a state of disrepair, they have a real hygiene problem normally both in respect to flies and the washrooms, and their selection of baked goods is normally lacking. Like other reviewers have suggested, this location should really take hints from the Tim Hortons on Tower Street - this is strange, because they're both run by the same franchisee.

Usually takes forever especially if you go inside, always out of stuff, and one of the staff was being rude at my father for taking too long to order. Having a couple strokes slows you down a bit but i guess disabilities do not matter?

After three attempts of trying to order a breakfast I gave up and just ordered a coffee.took another 3 times to try to not get a double double but how I took it.get to the window and told. "if you don't want a coffee don't come here".

Well mission accomplished.there are places that still value customer service.it is not here. I will not be back as per the nice advice received at the drive thru window

Get rid of the vagrants inside and outside.so nice for people with children having to listen to the trailer park thesaurus of swearing.maybe a couple more persons on the counter from the 4 at the drive through 2 of which are doing absolutely nothing.this place needs some serious help. Came into Fergus from Mississauga for a meeting in RBC bank. As we were early we stopped in Tim Hortons across the road for coffee. The coffee I got was luke warm. I like my coffee really hot. My wife tried the London Fog. According to her it was awful.and so she took my luke warm coffee and poured it into her London Fog to make it better. But no luck!

Small town Timmies are always so nice to visit. So much friendlier than ones in the GTA and they seem to get your order correct most of the time.

Actually 0 star experiance for this Tim Horton's: (orderd 20 assorted Timbits and 7/20 were PLAIN. Not one chocolate in the whole box. Now thats a bit mean dont you think? Wish it stoped with us being "picky" about the 35% plain Timbits but they also messed up our breakfast sandwiches 1000% with wrong bread and meat combos. Quality was also lacking. Womp womp

Drive thru was fast and friendly. However the person at the window forgot to put napkins in the bag.

This location routinely messes up our orders. It is short staffed. Constantly gives us take out when we say we are dining in. We already talked to the manager and head office and things have not improved.

Brutal, one piece of bacon, arnt they suppose to put 3 pieces. Or its totally wrong. We are done with Tim hortons.
