Tim Hortons

Great service at this branch. They have orders ready in a timely manner for such a small branch but sometimes the crowd may be overwhelming for the staff so if I'm there, I have patience and ask other customers to do so also.
The only downside here is its proximity to the Pape subway rush and the size of the branch ìs a bit small so it's packed most times.
Aside from that the service and food is good.

The staff was really rude, first they got my order wrong then they were being rude to me only… since it was the first place in the morning I went to.ruined my mood for the whole day… very disappointed

Worst Tim Hortons ever! I usually order everything on mobile app in advance, but there’s not a single time that I got what I actually ordered! I mean is it too much to ask for caramel syrup or just a simple cup of latte? And each time they never make up for the price difference. Every time I asked, they just pretend they don’t know how to calculate.
