They do not even deserve one star. Some of the staff members are very rude and unprofessional. Food even not good. Wastage of time and money as well. You should go for another location. I will not reccomend this.

Order was $24.86 and gave them a 50 dollar bill and they said cant accept 50 dollar bill they dont have change for that big of bill

As a concerned customer, I've noticed the premises of this Tim Horton's location are consistently dirty both inside and outside. During my recent visit, I mentioned the issue to an employee at the drive-thru, but was told there wasn't anyone available to address it. As someone focused on food safety and quality assurance, I'm considering recommending an inspection by the Toronto Health Department due to these cleanliness concerns at this Tim Horton's branch.

After 12 u can't even ask for coffee through drive thru for walking person they can't provide service even it's freezing outside well done owners for making this awesome rules.well done

Small location. Staff were nice. Order was accurate. Croissant was over baked, but coffee was perfect. Unfortunately, just as I placed my order, this small location was invaded by far too many students that took up all the tables and chairs (none of them that were sitting had bought anything either). Paying customers couldn't sit and enjoy their purchases. My friend and I managed to get those very uncomfortable stools to perch on. Definitely don't recommend this location during school hours.

I tried the Iced Coffee from Tim’s (My first Coffee in Canada). I did get a Medium Sized one which was enough for me. It was affordable and the service was quick and I didn’t have to wait much longer. The Server was friendly and suggested me coffee as per my choice. I’m genuinely happy with this coffee and overall an worth experience visit this café. Cheers on your visit.

They gave old bagle bad taste not fresh. Used same knife some sweet flavour.it spoke to be cream cheese bagel.

Just stood here staring at a woman with LOUD ROCK MUSIC PLAYING for five minutes for them to ignore me.
Hire new staff like they NEVER pay proper attention to their walk in customers I have had to wait several minutes multiple times just to watch these employees stand there and gossip instead of serving the dining room cash. It's embarassing and infuriating. Dining room customers are important either pay attention or get a new job.

I asked them to grill my croissant they said they don't do at this location well I always get grilled from all other locations. Don't know how this tim hortons is different.

Customer service is disappointing, they talk in their own language, and don’t even greet customers before and after order! It takes a moment to say hi how can I help you today! Farmers loaded veggie wrap at different locations tastes so good and so filling! At this location, it’s not loaded and quencher tastes like water. They need to do better. Also bees in the food, what if someone is allergic to bees. They ignore the issue when brought up to them.
