Service is so slow. It’s not because of short staff. It’s just no one is showing up for the walk in orders. They don’t even know how to mix the coffee well.

Don't go here!
Their associates don't know the difference between a Latte and an Americano with milk. I was charged for a large Latte (+$4) but I received a large coffee ($2) with milk.
I waited 20 mins for a "Latte", iced Capp and two donuts.
If you are being served by a bald Indian associate ask for someone else to serve you because he will screw up your order.

I never write bad reviews but I have been treated poorly at this location numerous times.

Overall great store. Great staff. Always energetic. Plus they we let you use the washroom.btw the store is very cleaned. And most of the time the showcase is well stocked. I can tell the management is doing their job very well. Plus staff of course

Not the best tim, s I've been to. By far one of worst to go to in the morning, s big line ups that don't move very quickly. Also mornings are full of people.

They are really good. I’ve been there quite a few times. The cold beverages they have are really nice. I order from phone mostly, when i go to pick it up its always ready always on time. If i talk anout the atmosphere there, its really quiet.sunday i had to have one online session. I attended it there, it was really nice experience. I’d love to work with their team idk if they are hiring but it was really amazing experience.

Absolutely the slowest service in Mississauga. Lots of staff on hand but totally disorganized and too busy chattering amongst themselves.

4: 30am, staff no uniform, he just said:

Take your order.

Does it mean: welcome to Tim Hortons, may I take your order please?

He showed up at window, without uniform.

Found the service very slow especially when it comes to ordering food. There's was a long line up nearly out the door and only one cash open. Waiting for food took at least 10 minutes for a sandwich.

"I have been visiting the Tim Horton's location for the past few weeks, and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. My orders have consistently been incorrect, which is frustrating. Additionally, the line inside the store is always long, and to make matters worse, they only ever have one cashier working, even though they have two lines set up.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it happens every time, it becomes a problem. Waiting in line for an extended period only to receive the wrong order is frustrating and time-consuming.

I hope that the management team can address these issues soon, as it is affecting the overall customer experience. Perhaps implementing a better system to ensure order accuracy, as well as staffing more cashiers during peak hours, would help to alleviate the long wait times and improve customer satisfaction.

Despite these issues, I will continue to visit Tim Horton's, as I enjoy their products. However, I hope that improvements can be made to make my future experiences at this location more pleasant. "
