Tim Hortons

Service was too bad. They made me wait for 15 minutes for a mobile order that I placed 30 minutes ago. Terrible experience, will never order again. I think they need to train their staff.

The service was very bad, on the counter they not work and take order very well, I order one type of sandwich, they make order for another one any the charge not what I need, even the area was not clean even the table, that staff not working properly and manager not supervised his/her store properly.the main Tim Hortons store or company have to train the staff and supervise this store more and more.

I have never had such a bad experience at a Tim Hortons.
Bad attention. Bad service.
I asked for a chocolate made only with milk and they couldn't sell it to me.
To make matters worse, the lady who served me looks like she had a bad day because she even yelled at me and with a lousy attitude. I asked for her name and she didn't want to give it to me, but she is already a big lady, about 60 years old, apparently from the Philippines and short.
The only good thing was the chicken parmesan pizza.
I do not recommend this Tim Hortons at all

I ordered a steeptea the chubby guy give me tea without sugar and when i asked to put sugar. The guy put five bags of sugar and give it to me. I returned the coffee. Horrible experience. Doesn’t deserve a 1 star rating for this guy. Even they didn’t ask to give me a tea.

Worst service by morning staff, specially the lady on counter, charge double, poor customer serviced

Like this place. Have to come here often. Only thing that gives me trouble is to witness the wastage of food items due to improper handling (most of the times). Picture for reference. Hope responsible managers give heed to it.

Great place and service got the crispy chicken wrap non spicy combo with blackberry quencher drink medium size with a chocolate chip muffin great location.

Ordered three iced coffee, got all of them without the syrop. It's crazy how this chain is collapsing as we watch it. It's not even close to what it was 5 years ago. Won't be coming back.

The atmosphere was ok. I probably visit the place if I need to get to Mississauga for other bus connections. I have done a most no shopping in Mississauga. Square one may still have appeal but only certain bus routes will get me there. The connection point I use after timmies is at the Dundas st ten. No atmosphere, no snack shops in sight, and most of the buses are already crowded. I will pursue rentals here when my pension goes up or if I get back to steady work again even if it is temp work. I had only lived in Toronto full-time when in my mid 20s. After many shelter visits, I was believing a return to st.cath was inevitable but that would mean more shelters or unaffordable motels. Well I am trying again in a seniors building in Toronto, but the writing on the wall is kind of obvious. Get more work going or keep plugging away at some of my computer hobbies. Even that is tough since only the daytime coffee shops have the wifi. The best Wifi deal will be investigated for ten dollars and up. Of course, if I want the programs, I would need a special IPTV website for my laptops and a separate tv monitor with HDMI hookup. However, if I make any more special moves, some things would just have to be tossed including stuff for apt survival. I did obtain a laptop recently but it did not have maps set for this. However, I am not impressed with the chrome setup because I am not too familiar with Linux. There are people who will be saying what has this to do with coffee. Well, people notice that I am either game playing. Have music, or in the past weeks, have done everything on tablet or phone. But I intend to do things on my laptops again, when the waters settle, not to mention the weather. I will try to use the older laptop again, but I need to evaluate my new one as well. Will be getting to timmies many times over this holiday break, so thank you for not changing the coffee too much. Well I have other websites to visit and more hot coffee to drink before figuring out whether to go out of town today, and how far. Could be north of Mississauga today if I want dinner today, another story.
