Jan 27 noon only 1 person working line is out the door. This place is usless. Worst run tim hortons in Toronto. No wonder its lines were on the news. Covid central place is packed. Only 1 cashier at peak hours. Lineup for ever. This place should be reported again.

The manager of this site is amazing and so cheerful loves talking to customers the wait times are a little long but they do there best to get the food done and to the customer

We often enjoy ate at a Tim Hortons, but this one it's the only one with the worst talking about service, we only ordered an Ice cup an a wrap and they never give as the wrap and after 30 minutes waiting they say it gonna take another 10 minutes and on this time the Ice cap was jus water.
I'm so disappointed with the service cause there was at least 6 on the staff just playing around.

Understaffed in the mornings. I get better service from the Tim's either at Cloverdale or at the Circle K on Shorncliffe

The owner needs to hire more people. There’s about 25 people in line and 3 staff girls are running around.

At this tim hortons girl name Simpy she is very kind amd helpful. She is always smiling. She is very pretty.

It's not a bad Tim Horton's for space and meeting friends, but it is a slow location. Sometimes the lineups build up and could wait awhile. It's located at one of the end of the Blue Night Bus (300 Bloor) and along the 50 Burnhamthorpe Bus route.
The interior is nicely done. There's outlets that you can find to power your devices and sometimes you'll find people playing cards. There's always people in this Timmies, so you'll never be alone.
The service is good when they're all on staff during the day. During the night, it may be slower and less staff so don't expect superb service as they have to clean everything.

At the 555 Burnhamthorpe Tim Hortons location the employee Komal is very nice amazing customer. If it was up to me I would give her 5 stars.
