Tim Hortons

Night shift is worst here. I work weekend nights nearby. They always deny drinks and cookies everytime something's wrong with their machines. Not at all worth it going here during night time

Bad service. Firstly, employees were very rowdy amongst themselves fighting/arguing very loudly and secondly the employee (Harinder) did not take my order down properly i requested for something else and received something else and she also forgot one item we purchased which we had to go back and get also rude as well

The manager and employees of this location are very rude. There service is terrible, and do not provide any value to the customer. My experience here was terrible with my interactions with the employees and the manager who was very rude and does not act like or how a manager should. Terrible service, Terrible People, Terrible location.

Very bad service. I came from my work in my break time and I ordered a bagel with hashbrown and mayo but these guys filled my bagel only with a lot of mayo which is not edible and they even didn't put a hashbrown instead they also charged me with a hashbrown. Moreover, I dont have time to go back to change this order with my actual order please always make sure before pass the order to customer.

What is happening to our Canadian iconic Tim Hortons? People, this is not a social club. Leave tables and seats for customers. And whatever tables and chairs were available were dirty and disgusting. Put someone on table and floor duty please. Tim Hortons, you may be number 1 in locations but you've become ZERO on food, service, cleanliness, and hygiene. I don't even feel safe anymore coming into a Tim Hortons. I rate this location 1 mustache out of 5, and that's being generous.

Worst customer service, customer rep was shouting and when you protest, she told me that she will not serve order and threatened to call cops. Horrible ppl and no decorum

This location of tim hortons is at very prime n busy area but the staff n the manager doesnt take it seriously.
Always like 10-12 cars waiting in drive thru, Staff is extremely slow.

Never go to their drive-through. Terribly terribly slow. You will waste more than 45 min of your life.

We order two iced capp they are not good this time we always take from there. Next time we gona consider before ordering from them.

Terrible staff, Food and never fresh. You always get wrong order from staff. They need to change the staff which can serve fresh food on Drive Thru. I had tea from this location after drinking it my head started hurting. Tea was like made 2 days ago.

Veryy slow service and veryy verry verryyy slow service in drive through. I almost keep waiting for 35 minutes in line. That's horrible

HORRIBLE UTTERLY HORRIBLE.

Me and my family went into the drive thru today because we were all craving something from timmies. We ordered 2 small iced lemonades, 1 steep tea double double, 1 quencher, 2 bagels and a pack of 20 timbits. When we pulled up into the drive thru they handed us some frozen orange coloured concoction, a black coffee, the wrong quencher and 2 bagels that were NOT toasted, had NO butter and we're COMPLETLY dry and when we tried to tell them this was not our order they completely ignored us and the cars behind us wher honking and yelling at us. I told my dad about this and he told me never to the drive thru because they will NEVER get your order right. He told me the drive thru is where they give the food/drinks that they screwed up on. And let me tell you this was not the first time that this happened.

A few weeks ago I went to Tim Hortons with my family and we order our food, they had given us around half of the drinks within 7 minutes then we waited another 15 minutes for the food. This would be completely understandable if we ordered alot but in our case we didn't, all we ordered was 2 muffins, a green tea, 2 iced lemonades and 2 steep teas. We asked what was taking so long and they assumed we didn't order yet. It took 5 minutes for them to find our order and another 7 minutes to give it all. It should not take that long to give people there food this is just terrible customer service.

What's even worse is that the staff PUBLICLY shame each other. I ordered my food yesterday and then when I gave the money the lady went to ask someone for help which I didn't mind. Once she and one of her co workers came back the co worker literally said out loud "sorry about her she doesn't understand this". I felt so bad for the poor lady she was PUBLICLY EMBARRASSED infront of her co workers and customers and worst of all the lady didn't feel bad about it at all. Overall the customer service was terrible and the way the co workers treat each other is DISGUSTING.

The only word that can explain the Staff’s behaviour in drive thru, forget about Me and my friends ever going to step inside of the store again. NEVER NEVER go to this Tim Hortons and I will advice who ever is reading this to do the same. I can’t believe we are in the same good old Canada.

It was 95 F, Sun blazing hot outside and what else a person can think of in this environment other than an ICE Coffee with extra ICE in it. I ordered the same and my friend ordered a Tea instead.
As it was really hot and we were extra thirsty, we asked for two cups of Water with ICE in it to quench the thirst and then enjoy the ICE Coffee with extra ice in it.

We even paid 20 cents per cup for the water which is a reasonable and I do support Timmies to charge for extra cup to curb the wastage of extra cups and save environment.
The girl in the drive thru who was to deliver us the order was so RUDE and ADAMANT to hand out us only the small cups of water. I asked for large cup of water pointing towards the heat outside and we even paid for it. Then she started to LIE that the large cups are for $2.00 plus taxes for just one cup and $4.00 plus taxes for TWO cups.

I asked for any written statement from Tims about the price of empty Large Hot cup but she started to argue with us in drive thru with people HONKInG behind us, not just hand out large cup of water and stop the argument with us but NO.

The staff working with her gathered around us like a pack of WOLVES ready to attack us. Not even once any of the staff member had the decency to give us some water as we were extremely thirsty in this hot day. Canada has the reputation for humanity and empathy to mankind but places like this putting Canada on a darker side.

Even the ice coffee was missing the extra ice and sugar in it. I never had the courage to back inside or even in the drive thru to ask for sugar forget about the ICE. Had no other choice but to drink my ICE coffee as it was with no sugar and ice.

The Corporation who ever is handling this Tim Hortons, please do something about the customer service of this location. Train the staff again or anything so that Tim Hortons dont loose its reputation for good customer services.

She always pretending and very rude showing worst behaviour and drama queen.

No hygiene standards are maintained in this tim, the fat lady making the food never change her gloves after preparing food, she’s using same gloves for other food, i told her to change your gloves, she behaved very rude, very unprofessional staff. 1 star for the tea only.

For a coffee company they can't seem to take orders accurately or know how to toast a bagel. The bagels are always stale.
