I don’t give them one star…. Their service is to poor…they behave so rude with the customers…. I ordered veggie wrap and coffeee nd paid 30 dollars for it nd they totally messed up with my order…. Nd i asked her she was like we made what you ordered and in a rough tone she behaves like she’s owning that tim hortons there are all indian girls they don’t know how to make the orders and also don’t know how to behave with customers…. Girl at drive thru don’t have any sense n respect to customers. She don’t know how to talk and listen just starded yelling at us, we were just defining our order. Never gonna visit again.

Tim Hortons, for a lot of Canadians, is the go-to coffee shop, yet it hurts to say that this location fails to uphold Tim Hortons' quality of service. The orders are always rushed and sometimes the drink that you order does not taste like what it is supposed to taste like. The owner of this store needs to redirect their focus towards customer service and preserving the quality of each order.

They never have anything at this location.worst Tim Horton’s to come. Out of thee things they have nothing and it’s still middle of the day.

I order a cup of cappuccino. Spend my $3.60 cents and what i get is cup of coffee which totally equal to double double which is much cheaper. I asked the server this not what i order and confidentially she said i made in front of you. I guess this location needs to learn how to make a cup of cappuccino. Its not first time its very time thing.

We come here often and it is always a hit or miss. Majority time a miss, they mess up the orders. We got vanilla latte's and they gave us normal coffee with milk.

The employees lack customer service and the motivation to work. Fourth time that I went in asking for Steep Tea and I was told ‘Sorry not available’. The fact that they don’t even offer to wait or tell you that it’ll take time. They just want you to leave!

Jordan and visited several Tim Horten branches and ate a lot of sweets with your famous Canadian coffee. I wish you all success and permanent success

Food, coffee and Tea was not gud I went there two to three times. I used to work at tim horton as well but this is the worst tim horton
