I am an regular customer from past 2 years but the new manager is very rude.
This location used to be my favorite as I work nearby. The employee and supervisor are overworked here and the manager is never there to help the team.
There are only two people working in the morning and its always one team member and one supervisor and poor of them keep running everywhere and try their level best with the service and food. I highly appreciate their hardwork.
But want to ask why manager is never there in rush timing? Why is it always team member and supervisor? The team is always cheerful. They have limited staff and each one of them is very good and friendly but manager whenever she is taking order is very rude and has bad temper and attitude for no reason. The other day manager was screaming at staff because she did something wrong, is this the way you treat your employees?
This location need to get serious talk with their manager as clearly she can't handle the position and she is never cheerful always sleepy and rarely in the front to help the staff.

Nice service for sure, And during Winter don't hesitate to get inside to cool down even If u have no cent to spend, they'll not bother you.

This place is filthy! There was a huge line up and the staff is either uninterested or incapable of doing their jobs. Complete and utter fail.
