I order from drive Thru but the kind of service they provide is so worst and I didn’t expect this kind of service from Tim’s. I was lost my golden time every time

Literally NO CUSTOMER SERVICE…. Staff member haven’t respond for 10 mins. I was at drive thru at 1 am…so I went to the window no one showed up so I went to the window. One of the staff member was in front of me. So I have ordered online from application. And she was so made at me and asked me to come in the morning and started yelling me in her language (punjabi) THIS STORE IS 24 HOURS…

WORST service all the time.when i was there today the staff member was so rude with us and they don’t respond every time at drive thru. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes to pick up my coffee that I ordered from application.

The girl who took my order was constantly talking to their employe instead of taking my order. After that she end up with taking my wrong other. Zero customer service just taking in there own language

This lady hung the call because she couldn’t answer my question, like literally I just asked a question.

Very busy location. Food is great! Staff is fine and very clean hygienicaly the atmosphere is renovated clean and can get very busy. Say your order clearly when ordering through the drive-thru and if in doubt ask them to repeat the order to you and like any other take-out check your order before you leave. If its not what you ordered don't have a tantrum because chances are your not perfect either so move on or have them give you a new one. FACT IS Tim Horton wasn't perfect in his life either. GO LEAFS GO!

Never go here. These guys don't have products till 5: 00pm. We came 4 5 times here but these guys don't have enough product. Customer service is too bad and rude. In every tim i get good customer service but here. These guy don't know how to serve product and all. I prefer you please don't go here.

Came here with my mom, lady told her to hurry up with her in store order because she has a line up. Managers weren't any better and the lady couldnt even apologize, she walked away swearing at my mom.

Employees refuse give me my order because I am deaf woman they refuse to me this place awful employees at 6220 finch ave west Etobicoke Ontario

Worst customer service, the lady who is taking my order, she do not know how to deal with customer, so disgusting

The guy who looks not indian one. Is extremely rude to me and they don't even tell when can i meet his manager. So guys get well soon never ever go to this.this is my home nearest still I'll avoid it.
