Tim Hortons

This is my favorite Tim Hortons. The staff are always friendly and polite and all cultures are represented in that one spot. Also, they never mess-up my order, and if there is an issue, the manager always steps in immediately to rectify the problem. Cheers to friendly and polite staff and to diversity. This location gets 5 stars

They take your order and expect you guess where they put it. 5 minutes after when you enquire, which was difficult cause they were all chatting LOUD amongst themselfs, including the manager, she was are rude and keep telling you you are wrong and stupid and yell at you. Not going back here this place has literally hit rock bottom as many of the other reviews say. I echo the others in saying that they chatter a lot among themselves get distracted and get the orders wrong they have a nasty attitude and low self esteem which they want to project to customers that have already paid. Staff do not direct the traffic flow and pay more attention to their monkey chatter than customers, sorry I’m NOT having that. What got me mad was while I was placing the order the girl was distracted by chatter coming from another staff and I had to repeat it. Really? I should have just gotten a refund and went to any of the other Tim Hortons or McDonalds on Brock road. Do not go here it is a trap once you hand over your money they think they can treat you like the dirt they are.

Really bad service I just bought tea stuff just over filled with hot water I asked to put in new cup. He didn’t care he just gave the cup walked away.

I went to drive-thru this morning @ 8: 40am and this old lady over the mic who is taking orders had some bad attitude towards the customer. She got bad manners and she speaks disrespectfully over the mic towards her customer. She will ruin your day if you encounter her on the drive thru.

Apart from being shouted at on the intercom because I had difficulty understanding the staffs thick accent, it's all good.

The standard, cleanliness and freshness of food has gone downhill. I bought couple of Herb & Garlic pastry and after paying for it, noticed there were flies on the food. I had to tell the staff that there were flies and cancel the order. The steep tea was also cold and I had to throw it away. It’s unfortunate that this place is close to my home. The standard is gone as this place is run by kids. See picture that clearly shows flies on food. Stay away!

One star offered to the nice lady that served me, however the young man (don't know his name since he was not wearing an name tag). Although he was properly wearing a mask and gloves, today Aug 26th 2020 at approx. 8: 30am he used his right hand to push garbage down lower in the bin, however he failed to realize that his hands are disgustingly contaminated, he doesn't wash his hands or replace the gloves and handles food at the drive thru. The workers saw his actions, but fail to do anything about it. Due to covid I guess the sanitize procedures don't apply to this staff member. Pretty sad.

Literally never have anything in stock, drive through workers sound like they’re serving community service and would rather be anywhere having you repeat yourself at least three times per item you’re trying to order. The Tim Hortons 15 mins away on 3rd concession literally has 0 problems avoiding all this lol

Drive through workers needs to stop hating Thier lives and maybe learn some manners and courtesy. Horrible service.
They act / sound like they do not want to be there and it shows.

Went to grab 12 to go pack of coffee. As soon as I entered the lady greeted me and helped me out. Everybody worked together to help put my order together.

This location is amazing.this is a very difficult job and we all forget there are people behind the microphone.at this location these people have unbelievable patience and I was humbled the other day when i placed a order.that I actually gave wrong and I went back around in the drive threw and fuming about a sandwich that wasn’t even for me and the guy that took my order and the light skinned girl that gave me a new sandwich for free.they refused to take My money and then I was ashamed of my behaviour and they reminded me they are people too. They made my day so bright I couldn’t stop thinking about the mercy They showed me.truly God bless place the gave me hope that day there are good people in the world.

Jazzy the girl who made my bagel did a terrible job. I only asked that the creme cheese be spread evenly on both sides of the bagel, she said id have to pay extra, and because i did not want to pay extra, she put even less cream cheese than normal. Great job you saved the company a few cents, but you suck at your job and should be fired. Stop hiring international students who come from countries that have no sense of customer service. I have never had this problem at tim hortons before

This is a good Tim’s. The drive through is a bit strange to get into and can be challenging when it’s backed up. The parking lot is plenty big since it’s part of a larger shopping center. They have a good stock of donuts and the dining area is clean. My double double was good.

Charge you for extra and won't actually give you extra e.i syrup in my ice coffee. Also the size of ice is TOO BIG lol its actually comical the size.

Jan 22 - they are challenged is getting a coffee order correct through the drive thru; I spent another 10 mins in store to get the right coffee, slower service in store; frustrating.

The slowest Tim Hortons I've been. Server was rude. I asked for butter on the side but didn't give me a knife. When I asked her for a knife, her tone was rude and said that she didn't do the order and sound defensive. But she's at the window so I think it's her responsibility to check the order too!

Will give 0 Star if there's one!

Spent almost 13 mins in drive thru after placing the order. Held a driver without pulling him to the side and deal the problems and it made about 7 cars to be delayed for that long. Very disappointed

Liked my clod brew. Food was difficult to get first few things they didn't have. So we picked something we didn't know and four out of five didn't like. So needless to say we were not very impressed.
