When the customer at the drive thru says thank you don't turn ur head around and say nothing and no there was no cars behind me not busy.

I went this tim hortons for coffee with my friends and the girl who took our order was extremely rude while taking order. She should know how to talk with customers for taking orders and she need to speak politely with customers. I visited at evening around 6pm and the cashier (shift 1) was the girl with thick eyebrows. We wanted to order more food and drinks however, she kept asking is that all is that all rudely and then we walked out just with coffees. She must need to learn customer service.

My visit to Tim Hortons at 240 Wanless Drive, Brampton, ON, on December 1st, 2023, at 6 pm was unfortunately quite disappointing. The employee at the front counter displayed an exceptionally rude demeanor, making the entire interaction unpleasant. The overall customer service fell short of expectations. Lady at front desk was extremely rude and seems like not like her job. Very rude behaviour.

One notable issue was the charge of 25 cents for extra cups, which seemed excessive and left me questioning the fairness of the policy. Additionally, when inquiring about the potato veggies, I was informed that it would take an unexpectedly long 25 minutes. This extended wait time was inconvenient and disrupted the usual timely service expected at a fast-food establishment.

Overall, the combination of the rude service, questionable charges, and extended wait times for food left me with a negative impression of this particular Tim Hortons location. It's disheartening to have such an experience, and I hope for improved customer service in the future.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a mixed experience. While the beverages lived up to the brand's reputation for quality, I was disappointed by the service. One employee working on cash around 6pm exhibited rude behavior, which unfortunately tarnished an otherwise enjoyable visit. I hope the management addresses such instances to maintain the welcoming atmosphere Tim Hortons is known for. Despite this, I appreciate the consistently good taste of their offerings.

Ordered iced coffee, feels like i will throw up after taking one sip, tasted like plain milk.

I came around 10pm and asked for the rice bowl the girl that took order denied to give that and said that they dont have food ryt now. This is the first location that is answering this way. Being a 24 hours location still cant even serve food till 11 how can we suppose to get that its 24 hours just to let people say that they dont have anything. This is really pathetic behaviour from the employees.

I ordered medium chai tea latte and it was literally half cup and we paid for medium. Very bad service.

Ordered the jalapeño savoy pastry and it was COLD. Seriously it takes 10 seconds to warm it up.
