Tim Hortons

Have to return or take my order back to other TH locations because my order not prepared properly…. Order is correct on the screen but not when received made me rethink the convenience…so have purchased high quality beans and still cheaper then TH or TDL…. Sandwiches here and at all locations started off being a fulfilling and now almost a rolled ball wrap. Low quality blow it out the door with maximum profit. Used to visit daily Tim Hortons now I avoid as much as often visiting maybe 2-3 times a month….

Very bad experience with drive through. Asked the Indian lady (with an oval face and sharp nose) at the drive through to heat the food and give me but she still gave it cold and also gave me a rude look when I asked her to heat the food and give me.
Then I parked the vehicle and went in and asked another old lady to heat it up, she was kind enough to do it for me.

The management has to let people know that they must treat people with kindness and respect. Such people’s issues must be addressed such as that lady’s.

So I don't normally make reviews ever. But I found a fly on my wrap then I returned it then I got a different order back from what I had asked for they also offered me a doughnut, muffin or cookie and I passed on it. (I had ordered in drive through a bacon farmers wrap).

This place has great atmosphere- you can feel it when you’re walking in. The staff and patrons are super friendly. I sit with my coffee and donuts and watch out the window to see the different people coming and going. When they’re coming in they all say hi.

I often get a toasted bagel with cream cheese for a quick snack when I'm hungry. And it's always good.

Came through drive through. The person working said zero words to me, even though I said hi and thank you several times.

Making matters worse, the iced coffees I got became part of my wardrobe as the lids didn't fit. That is on me as it's happened several times this summer.

I had to turn around, park, clean up in your washroom, then request a straw.

Time for a break from Tim's. Quality and service no longer exist.

There were flies on the muffins and they are roaming around the other food products also.it was pathetic

Drive through on way to Owen Sound. (They could have got me on the way back.but this is a one try only Tims for me.)

Tims has to stop hiring Teens that know ZERO about attitude and customer service.

The young girl on Sunday was as dry as my BLT. And why can't Tims cut the sandwiches in half, all the way through, for drive through orders? It's not like we're eating as we go.and give customers bloody napkins?

Extra large steep Tea was piping hot, and it shouldn't have been; 4 cream, 2 sweetner, sandwich, dripped its guts all over my shirt, and no napkin to wipe up the mess, and 10 Timbits.not hard to screw that up. But can and was by the mechanical teen with no voice that can't be pleasant, or has no ability to VOCALLY appreciate customers with a "Thank you". (Under my breath mocking her, for helping me get paid, or for coming to this Tims, where I'm lucky enough to be employed.)

Of course I won't be back. Don't waste your time at this place, just drive yourself over to the grocery store, buy your own bread, meat, and lettuce. Make your own sandwich and thank yourself for your own customer service. Don't forget the napkins.

Would give more stars but the lady working drive thru on weekday mornings could be a little more pleasant.

Edit on review after the response. What an lame response that was. What do you mean make it right for me? I'm not looking for a freebie. Why not actually take some responsibility and talk to the lady at the drive thru window and tell her to be a little more friendly and courteous instead of wearing the permanent scowl. She honestly gives the impression we are putting her out and she hates to be there. I could understand if she was having a bad day but it's the same every single day.

Stopped for a quick bite on our way to visit my SIL's.
The food was great and the coffee, superb as aways. We had our dog with us, so I didn't go in. We were on our way to Mount Forest.thank goodness Tim's is everywhere!

Ordered a turkey bacon club didn’t realize till home that it was missing the main ingredient the turkey.

I go by there every morning on my way to work, I have been constantly short-changed, I can only understand two workers and the food is usually burnt or wrong order. The service has really gone down hill

We ordered a bacon ranch crispy chicken wrap intending to share for a light lunch. What a disappointment that was. Much smaller than anticipated and nearly $8! Very dry and tasteless. Poor value poor choice never buy again. Will eat at home next time as we make much better wraps.

Stopped in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The food was good and the coffee was good also. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast, friendly, and accurate. They have handicap parking, accessibility and washrooms. There is also a drive thru.
