Cute cute cute! Loved this Timmie's! Long line but staff is so friendly I did not care.moved quickly and got exactly what I wanted.coffee was also hot! Will go back

I was very disappointed. I asked for Chai tea latte. 1st time, I received plain Chai tea. I asked for latte, and received a latte that was made with coffee and two Chai tea bags. Your staff appears to be very stressed out and blame each other for the error. I live two hours north, and it is not just a quick return and ask for proper tea.

Honestly, this is the SLOWEST Tim's I ever ever been too. They don't even have a drive thru at this location, yet you're waiting for almost 10 minutes for a simple sandwich. It's so short staffed (and majority of the staff are old people that move slow) that you have to stand in line for about 20 minutes just to get your order taken because it takes them about 5 minutes to take one person's order. For a "fast food" place, this is honestly so sad. Please train your staff better or hire more at this location.

Worst tim hortons in Burlington.it took 20 min to get one cup of coffee and only two people in the place.kids are looking at the walls doing nothing.never go here!

Very poor customer service! Dont think have a manager at all. 6 employees working! No body there still u have to wait for a coffee!

Very busy and workers don't call out your name so was waiting for a long time to get my food which was already done
