Why am I getting coffees a size smaller although I am paying the full price for it. Why do I have to explicitly mention every time to fill the coffees to the brim?

Bought a bagel and single scoop of butter that came with it was very little.
Being profitable is important for franchisees but cutting corners in food is not the right way.

Very rude cashier. I just wanted to clarify how long it will take for my order and received an aggressive response. I was not served for a very long time and then they gave me the wrong order…

This location is extremely frustrating…. I go based on convenience and the amount of times my order gets messed up is ridiculous. I feel like I’ve wasted so much money due to their lack of care and knowledge.

Come this morning for the breakfast the lady who took my order made it totally wrong order pluse the stuff is very rude when i ask my order is wrong rude customer service

Don’t go to this location in morning, staff is in hurry and do not pay attention toward what they making. Today I got burnt, dry bagel BLT. This happening almost every time in morning. Don’t waste money.

Stopped by this location this morning to grab a quick bite. My quick bite took 30 mins. And in those 30 mins my order was wrong resulting in us having to discard some of the food.

The drive thru was busy so I went inside thinking it would be better. Big mistake. It was full inside as well.

Normally I won't complain but then it went from bad to worse. ALLLLLLLLLLLLL the attention is focused on drive thru orders while front of house is ignored. There were a throng of us customers waiting diligently for our food. And my 30 mins included others who were waiting ahead of me.

People were getting annoyed and frustrated at the wait while the drive thru was being serviced in seamless fashion.

My classic breakfast sandwiches - the biscuits were hard (overly toasted), the large coffee I ordered with 3 sugar and 2 milk had cream inside despite the fact that the cup stated milk. In the garbage that went as my husband cannot digest cream.

The cookie I ordered was tough.overbaked. At over 2 dollars plus for a single cookie (I bought 2) I expect at least something that is edible. They were also binned because we were already halfway down Britannia and it was a struggle to get out of the parking lot due to how busy it was.

A donut sat on the counter for the entirety of the time I was standing there. Multiple people checking the bag to see if it was part of their order. At the halfway mark half the chocolate was on the bag and no longer on the donut.

Who would want that anymore after so many people manhandled it?

It was just a disorganized chaotic mess and a ridiculous amount of waiting time for something as simple as two sandwiches.

Management needs to focus on ensuring their front of house customers are serviced in an efficient way similar to the drive thru. You cannot have the majority of your crew hyper focused on one area whilst leaving the other unattended.

FANTASTIC LOCATION OF TIM HORTONS! I ENJOYED THEIR FOOD AS WELL AS BEVERAGES! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL!

On Weekend nights a very disrespectful girl works here. She is always out of French Vanilla and sometimes even refuses to serve coffee on drive through.
If you don’t like this job why do you work here. Complained to Tim Hortons many times but they don’t care. This is really pathetic service.

Another bad location where cashier at drive thru was unfriendly, not even a good morning or a smile, you should be happy you have a job where you don't need to make good coffee.are all Tim Hortons really like this, so far it is.

Normally very good but I am waiting in line for 30 minutes while everyone serves the drive through. Not at all happy. Many people waiting for service and it's not coming.

These people that work here don't follow any regular Tim's menu they open late, and never have stuff they advertise on menu!

This is my usual go to timhortons near my house, they usually run out of things very fast. They don’t have most thing’s available at the moment. They usually run out of donuts, bagels, potato wedges, and oatmeal -they don’t even have oatmeal in the morning… Also they mostly ruin the bagels, they either have extremely less cream cheese or they either have alot of cream cheese overloaded in it. And some days the bagel is literally burned, I had to throw it out. Also, they put so much less whipped cream all the time and I have to ask for more. Awful!

I would give it negative rating for service. These are some of the worst people in service industry, dont know how to take food orders (friendly active listening). They are unfriendly impolite impatient and focused on asking 'anything else' after every food item, if you want to order 4 items and are ordering them they would go ' anything else' after every item you order without listening to you actively. Give people time to complete their order. If you reduce your total number of ' anything else' spoken you will process drive in orders much quicker.

Outstanding service! Thank you for the hot, delicious bagel and fresh coffee during my late-night drive-through visit because usually there are no bagels at nights. The excellent customer service made my day. Keep up the great work!

People working there are so rude. Especially on Sunday night. They closed before 11 o'clock on Sunday evening
