The owner of this place is a heartless monster. She hired me many years ago and when I had to leave after 3 weeks to go back to Europe due to a personal emergency, she never paid me and told me to "get out of the store immediately" and that I "owed them money" for the training and the uniform hire.absolute worst human being.back then the hygiene standards in the back were also terrible. Avoid

Another restaurant that stopped serving sandwiches and bagels 40 minutes before closing.how hard is too toast a bagel and clean that toaster 5 minutes before closing? Anyways pretty poor

They’ll do the 35 mobile orders before they take and avtually person who comes in to the stores order.

Luckily I havent yet experienced bad food here. The cashier was quite nice and informative about how long my order would have taken. But then two homeless people came inside arguing and it began to escalate. The employees kind of continued with their work even though customers were looking uncomfortable with the argument moving around the location. Nothing was done so I bolted out as soon as my order came.

Ran out of food. Instead of dealing with customers, opted to not communicate and made them wait. Had 4 staff ignore me meanwhile the place was packed, with hardly room to stand and they decided to mop. So disorganized.

One of the washrooms was closed, the other washroom the floor was disgusting! And the line was incredibly long just to use the bathroom and nobody seemed to be addressing any of the issues.small inside not really any seating

I recently visited the Tim Hortons on Fort York Blvd, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was quick. I enjoyed a delicious coffee and their famous Timbits, which were fresh and flavorful. The clean and cozy atmosphere made it a great spot for a quick break. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

One of the slowest Tims I've ever been to. I'm not sure who and where the big idea of having just one line and having the employees bark at you for not staying in one line, as opposed to going in line in front of one of the cashiers came from, but it justake the visit seem even longer and detects some from entering because the line goes to the door, when in reality with two lines it wouldn't seem so busy. However, even with two lines and five people belong the counter, the time drags on, especially when two of the ladies working can't stop talking to each other instead of hurrying through the line up.

I have been going to this for a very long time now and I was really shocked on how bad the service was.
We asked for napkin with the coffee & a donut but the guy comes out and says, "We are out of the tissues today. "
While I can see boxes of tissues on the left side of the counter.

Very poor service! SO BAD!

Another couple with a kid shows up next and the cashier magically has tissues now.

NOTE: The couple that came later to order spoke in one of the Indian languages with the cashier and the cashier opened a new tissue box for their order.

I spent 30mins here from being in line to the getting my food. They need to hire more durning the rush hr times. It’s too long of a wait.

Atmosphere: Overcrowded, not enough seating. Used the toilet and it was so filthy I almost puked.
Order: Got a coffee to go - triple triple
Taste: it was decent. But the coffee was cold!
Service: I walked out the door after getting coffee and took the first sip to find out it was cold. I immediately went back in and got in order line to talk to the lady taking order. When I complained about my coffee, I was subjected to a strenuous inquiry as to when did I pick up the coffee, can I prove my pick up time, can I produce the receipt, etc etc. Then she said this coffee is supposed to be cold because I got almond milk added to my hot coffee and she refused to replace the drink. At the end I had to request them to just microwave the beverage if they can’t replace it. One guy stepped in finally and microwaved it for me. Horrible horrible service!

Very busy location, extremely incompetent staff, no clue how to take orders.

It took almost half an hour from entering to exit the location.

I simply wanted to remove an item from a bagel BELT and this sent them spiraling. The cashier had to track down a manager or something figure out how to do this. Then she comes and also has no clue how to do it. Finally they figure it out. I also wanted to get a sausage croissant with a modification. Not wanting to cause the cashier to melt down, I just accepted whatever she put into the system. What I got was a disaster of a croissant, hardly food, I wish I took a picture of it.

There was a huge lineup but only one cash is open. When they finally opened a second cash, people from the back of the line started going, completely cutting the people at the front of the line, no concept on how to manage traffic in their store. The third customer finally tells the cashier as to how lines work.

I dont know if this is just bad training or what but it's always like this. As soon as more than 3 people are in the store, it's mayhem.

VERY skimpy on the cream cheese. Ordered a couple bagels only to sadly discover a very thin, almost non-existant spread of cream cheese within. Could barely even taste it. This has been the case multiple times now for myself and a few other co-workers from this location, so it wasnt just a fluke, one-time thing. THEY ARE VERY SKIMPY on the cc compared to most other locations. If theyre going to charge an extra dollar for cream cheese on a bagel, it would be nice to actually receive it.

Totally disorganized. The staff weren't on top of who placed what orders or calling out names. Had to go back several times for forgotten items. They got one item wrong, which we didn't know till we were long gone. Out one soup and almost ran out of the other (we got the last one). Gave another customer my order. The self order machines were not working. Almost no seating. Besides the Tim's I went to that was sold out of everything but donuts, this is the worst one I have been to.

Very busy location, yet the service is pathetic. $25 bucks of food not up to the mark for Tim Horton’s standard as other locations.

IcedCaps not made right at all, and a simple Paninis seemed complicated for the cook.

I wont return to this location, and would also recommend to address any issue to the store manager.

Update Aug 2023:

****I was asked to call the customer care. Customer care mentioned Regional Manager will contact me, and its been a month, no one contacted. Tim Hortons don’t care about customer experience****

Under staffed. Not the employees fault. But need more than 2 people working on a busy Saturday afternoon!

I came around 9: 30AM on August 9 and got my order at 9: 50 AM the girl in kitchen with black cap behaved so rudely because she gave my food and I asked her for a bag and she started yelling that Why I am rude to her the only work I said was can I get a bag, while other workers were watching at her. You need to teach her customer service.

90% of your orders will be wrong in one way or another. The quality control in this location is completely lacking

Very busy place yoshi I think she speak hindi she's smiling.
You don't see lot of them especially Tim holtons.
She's professional.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Their food quality is not as you’d get in other Timmies.
Their staff is not competent and I literally saw a staff girl today who was called from inside by another snr employee since there was a line up, she seemed clueless and HAD HER FINGER IN HER MOUTH for quite some time. I mean, aren’t they even taught of the basics when they come in FNB services? None of my 5 visits have been good, not making anymore, though I live right across.
