I was in line up for 20 minutes just to order one coffee and in this busy area it was just two people that they were working in there! Tim Horton is getting worse and worse

Liars, it's not open. It's a drive thru that don't take cars. There's a homeless man living inside the doors, he smells. Tim Hortons purpose now is to remind us how much Tim Hortons sucks.

Rude service.today I’m having a stomachache, I just want to have something warm as soon as possible.one woman wanted to jump the queue in front of me, I just ignored her. I ordered one drink one soup one bowl and one sandwich. And that woman who wanted to jump the queue who made me really upset since she said she just wants to order one thing, and I order too much…I ignored her again. I don’t want to say anything or explain since jump the queue is wrong and I don’t have the mood and energy to have a fight with people…After got all my food, I wait for my drink, seems like that girl at the counter didn’t want to prepare my drink because I didn’t let that woman cut the line… and I asked a guy”where is my order” he checked and said he couldn’t find my order? And then behave really rude…maybe because i can’t speak loud since I have a stomachache.so he looks really impatient and ask me”Size? ! ” And I go”Regular! ”…I’m really really upset…it’s a really horrible experience there…but the food is good.the soup is tasty.hope they can be kind to every customer someday…

There is no internet there. Washrooms are very dirty. A lot of homeless people are always there.

This tim Horton should be closed down.
I ordered black coffee and this Indian skinny short girl, gave me a double double!
I asked her to change it, she said NO!
Worse customer service ever …

This Tim Horton have a Bad Image for the business….

Tim Hortons like the others. However, it is a little awkward to walk in due to store layout. And the parking lot is pretty stuffy. Else it's solid

If you want to go to the toilet in this place, it is impossible, because it is not allowed to be used.

I am currently in the parking lot of this Tim Hortons because I am fuming at the disgusting behaviour in the 2 people that were working out from. And one of the employees T**R and unknown minion that was just as awful. I basically begged to use the bathroom and broom in his hand condescendingly telling me no that the bathrooms were closed for cleaning. I asked him a few more times and expressed I really needed to go. He proceeded to smile and knod his head. Considering the interaction I had when I first walked in, I’m not even certain he understand what I was saying.he told me multiple x that it was because he was cleaning them. Mean while when I left and came to write this review I noticed T***R standing and leaning on the broom talking with the delivery guy for at least 10min.

I noticed he came out of the men’s bathroom and I thought went into a different room when in fact he came out of the women’s bathroom and then I had to ask multiple x again and still nothing until the minion behind the counter finally got his ok to let me in. I went in to use the bathroom that T**R supposedly cleaned and the accessiblity stall looked like the pictures attached. Tim Hortons as a whole F*n sucks and well this location is probably the worst!

One of the worst locations ever. First of all, the mood of the place isn’t good at all. Your order taker is full of attitude. That was fine, for me at first, I get it it’s early in the morning (they’re probably still tired) … but when the cashier was taking our order she wasn’t listening to us properly. Had to repeat my self multiple times just so she can get it properly. And just when I thought they got it already. I got a different sandwich than the one that I ordered. Like what is not clear about what I ordered. I even pointed out the picture on their menu board. Like if they’re gonna give their costumers attitude, the last thing they could do is at least get our orders right!

I think the owner here makes their own rules, they never have chili for late afternoon to early evening.

They refuse to serve breakfast only their own time as they see fit, literally says on any Tim Hortons how long they serve breakfast and chili for yet this location does what they want.

I’d love to see a Tim Hortons representative come to this location and see for themselves. Owner should be ashamed of themselves and how long the service has been horrid here.

I bought 2 coffee and farmers wrap. One coffee was coming wrong one and also farmers wrap has gone bad. I think egg was problem. I threw it all away.

I had a great experience here. The service was fast. I especially liked the donuts which are fresh and delicious. I would definitely visit this store again and again.

Greatest service! Staff is very friendly! Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained very nicely!
