Tim Hortons

The coffee is delicious, fast service. Atmosphere 3 because there were many people and it was dirty.

January 7,2024, around 5: 50 PM Just ordered everything bagel double toasted with butter. This Tim Hortons not even busy at this time. There’s some people were sitting and two people were standing ordering coffee. Those two got their orders right away because of the coffee now come to my town. The lady was moving like a turtle took me 18 minutes to Get my bagel when I received it I just told her what I felt “ you are very very slow also not even busy”

The most crowded Tim Hortons, always the busiest during lunch time and into the afternoons, expect at least 30 minutes of wait time if you're ordering any food here.

I waited so long for the order which was already prepared and kept. Even after asking for it the girl did not release the order!
Go if you want your mood to be salty.

Really great place, the young guy working there in the morning of dec 5th, 23 (Tuesday), was really nice, my first visiting this place and the city loved it here.

It's hard to rate their food if they don't have any. The last ~5 times I came here, they had nothing on their menu except bagels and donuts or something. I'd ask for a BBQ Crispy Chicken Bowl because I actually liked that, and they would just not have it. I ask what else they have, and they have no bowls, no burgers, no wraps, and no sandwiches, and I have no idea if they had soup those last few times I attempted to go order.

Quality of food and drinks as in any of these establishments, however the attitude of attention was somewhat rude but I think it's justified by the large number of customers there were.
P. S. There was a hair in my bacon farm wrap, that was disgusting. They gave me a new one.

Avoid this one if you can. It's a very busy timmies, which would be fine if it was run well. But it is not.

Since it's so busy, and there's a mix of kiosk, online, and in person orders, the main thing to get right is letting people know when their order being worked on and/or ready. This is where they fail hard. The monitors that should tell you what's being worked aren't updated. The drink vs food pickup areas are far from each other, so if you're at one end you won't hear your name called. And they won't call again. If you miss the call, it's just luck if you happen to see your order laying around somewhere.

The staff are paid too poorly (and probably treated too poorly by irritated to care. They've learned to ignore customers, brush off complaints, and move on to the next order that won't get delivered correctly.

Terrible experience. Dining area closed despite it being an hour before closing time. Some of the staff were quite rude. Friends allowed to sit, but customers aren't. At least be fair if you're going to close early and make your hours reflect that. (One staff member said they close at 10: 30, and when I asked them why their hours were 11 on maps they had no explanation.) Staff forgot to give me utensils and condiments as part of my order. I used to frequently be in the area and this used to be a nice place even a little later in the evening, but apparently not any more. Would not recommend.

First, always WAY too crowded. Second, there’s this waiter that has an attitude. He literally started to yell at me 5 seconds after I came in. I was just trying to find a line to wait and he yelled at me saying ‘are you in a line? Are you in a line? ’ with that look as if I wasn’t trying to line up. But I was trying. I’m so offended. Would give a ZERO if possible. Would NEVER go there again.

Food is taking forever to be made, even when it’s placed way in advance, you’re still waiting 20+ mins

The experience is terrible. They give my order to someone else and never made up for me. I waited for 20 minutes to get other one, and that’s after I asked rudely. They just don’t care you if you are being nice and patient, I have to yell at them and they realize you are missing something, and then the wrap was made in 2 mins. MOST TERRIBLE experience at Tims ever, and would never come back at this one

Poorly managed, 4 people were taking orders and only 2 employees prepare food. Waited 20 min for grilled cheese, what is unacceptable for fast food place

This is possibly the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever encountered. They rarely have everything on their menu. Today all of their hot drinks were unavailable so I bought a cold drink, a pumpkin spice cold brew. The cold brew was very watered down and barely tasted like coffee. I bought a turkey club, which had no mayo on it. My sandwich was placed on the counter with just the wrapping and when I asked for a bag the employee scoffed and made a look to another employee. The staff seem untrained, unprofessional, and downright rude. I will never come here again, I would rather spend 7$ for a coffee at Starbucks across the street.
