Tim Hortons

Waiting over 20 minutes in line and was told they made a mistake on the machine so my offer could not be used. Ended up paying more with no sense of apology or friendliness

I wish I can give 0 star for customer service. The philipino staff at this location is very rude and very unwelcoming. She closes the store at 9.30 pm when the store time is till 10 pm and asks customersto leave the store and did not even allowthem to stand inside at 9.30 pm. She is very arrogant and does not even answer any que asked by the customer. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you can train this staff the store will have more people. The other Sri Lankan staff that work ij the evening some days are good.

Boyfriend got a hot chocolate that tasted odd, asked them to remake it and they refused and gave him attitude. Poor customer service.

Ordered an Earl grey, 2 milk 2 sugar. Put cream instead of milk and obviously put the tea bag in last because it had next to no flavour other then cream and water. Gross.

Also ordered potato wedges which tasted freezer burnt as well as a fruit explosion muffin that had an odd taste as well on the top layer, almost like some kind of cleaner, as well as next to no filling on the inside of it.

I use to enjoy going for a coffee at this location. The service is great and they already know my order. Now when I want to have a coffee and relax I can't because there's always one or more people drinking alcohol and spilling alcohol or being rude and belligerent. Sitting inside I feel like I'm in a smelly dive bar. This has made me go out of my way to other Tim's locations further from where I live just so I can relax. Not happy at all and I'm going to stop going to this location altogether.

Very poor guest service. The lady who works here is always rude and asks the guests not to stay in for dine in from 9pm. The lady doesn’t even know how to make the drinks and always messes up. When asked to replace it she denied.

Hidden Gem, but unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless people who go there or surround that area. Feels a bit unwary at times and does not feel welcoming or clean. The washroom is like a place where the homeless tend to use as if it were their own home. It smelled bad due to the last homeless person using it. The oder was not hard to notice. (There should be better air ventilation) Either way, it seems this is a tim hortons where the homeless ppl go there and tend to make this Tim hortons as their place to hang or there home. It's unfortunate that the workers here have no choice but to accommodate these kinds of conditions.

There should be security around.

Cockroaches INSIDE the food displays. Staff are super friendly but service is very slow and the logistics are terrible. One door for in and out and that's where the lineup is. Bathrooms never open.

Absolutely love this Tim’s location.great customer service, they always have everything in stock.

Worst service ever.the counter staff don't know how to behave with customers. Even the taste is not good

I order french vanilla and the Taste is not actually taste of French vanilla as compared to other outlet

The lady needs to be more polite towards customer. We are paying for your service there is no need of arrogance behaviour on the floor. Would not recommend anyone to go to this location

And the seats they do have are all squished in one corner with people hanging around for literally hours,

The employer needs to train his/her employees before hiring them. They make so many mistakes it makes me so angry at times. I know that they are trying their best but they have to pay ATTENTION when dealing with food items and change. They are good people but please train your staff.

A Very Disappointed Customer.

I use to like this Tim Hortons, but now I'm starting to not like it at all. You need to train people properly here, especially the new people working there now when making people food. I swear a breakfast wrap is suppose to have real CHEDDAR CHEESE not no cheap Kraft dinner single slice (you can tell the difference). Eating it now and I regret buying it because it ain't no real cheddar. I HATE WASTING MONEY PERIOD
