Staff was very rude, and wasnt taking care of prep and told us they were out of everything but coffee and tea. The coffee was room temp and didn't have any sugar in a double double.

I should not have to listen to employees speak in a different language. Surely your mother told you how ignorant that is. You are in an english and french speaking country please feel free to speak either. Will not go back to the store

Sadly I come here everyday. I understand it gets busy, but how is it I watched 5 different orders walk out before recieving mine? I had to speak to someone 3 TIMES before they even started making it. Spent almost 25mins waiting for drinks. Not to mention the amount of times they close their storefront, no signs stating its closed and the employees standing outside watching people try to enter the store and don't say ANYTHING to them. This is honestly by far the worst Tim's I've ever been too. There are 4 employees that work at this location I like. 4. Something needs to be done.

The worst Timmy's I've ever been to. They gave my order to someone else who drove away & came back & when returned, tried to give it to me! Seriously! I asked them to please temake my wrap. Asked for a small black & paid & then asked if i could get something. Was told they dont take it back. It wasn't even touched. The place is choas. Too many newbies there.

Storefront is always closed when I come through. I guess truck drivers don't matter. The owners are cheap don't want to pay someone early am to serve the inside. Drive thru runs 24/7. Today it is 8: 30 am and store front is closed. Again. Truck drivers don't matter

When this place opened it was great, today we came in for a coffee and although the coffee was good the place is a run down dump.
Very wobbly tables, dirty tables and chairs that are so uncomfortable.
Takeout talk is very loud and distracting, constant LOUD BEEPING!
This is my last visit.
Too bad it's the only Tim's in Erin.

Lack of communication and lack of staff. The takeout attendant was handling payments as well as food with the same glove as the counter person as well. I had to request clean gloves to handle my order after handling cash was unacceptable. I find it insulting that a lot of staff will not speak English in the presents of customers or English-speaking customers. As a professional and customer service respect all staff should be speaking English only while in the front of the store and around customers.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. From parking lot to building design to not enough garbage cans, to not even a coat hook in bathroom broken and claustrophobic. Hate it. Never stopping again.

This is THE M O S T DISGUSTING PLACE WE EVER DINED AT. The Indian staff lady was using a toilet plunger to unplug the prep sink in the prep area where they serve the food and next to the coffee machines. Then she went back with it holding it with her thumb and index finger to the washrooms and from there she went back to the rear pastries prep room without washing her filthy hands. We confronted her and she flat out lied about it. She said it belongs to the prep sink, (but she keeps it in the washrooms) ? She also served us the dirtiest look on top of it all. This place should be closed and the Indian Lady FIRED. If we could give it a negative Stars we would. This is by far the most DISGUSTING THING we've ever witnessed before. O. M. G. Where Health Canada? Do yourselves a favor and don't stop by at this location not even to use their washrooms.
