I frequent this Tim Horton’s and I have always had an enjoyable experience.
Sugantha is the friendly face that usually greets me.
My day always starts off on a great note due to her big welcoming smile and upbeat “good morning”!
Sugantha is consistent with her friendliness and professionalism. She is polite and quick and always checks that the order is accurate.
Sugantha is a true asset to your establishment… I wish she could be cloned!

Coming to this location and being served by Sugantha, who is the warmest employee I have ever seen! She is always friendly and lovely,! It makes your day better!

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. I go to Tim Hortons everyday at different locations as I drive Uber. So whichever location is near to me, I go there. I spend $10-$15 everyday. Today I asked some ice from one of the employee, he got too rude and disrespectful to me, like I ask some gold or diamond from him. This happened to me 50mins ago. He spoiled my whole day. Because of these employees, Tim Hortons is losing its reputation. No customer service at this location.

Completely bad service. They don’t even know how to prepare drinks. Don’t waste your money.

Staff is illiterate and rude with absolutely no manners. Not giving Tim Hortons a good name. The staff here must be changed filled with international students that think they know it all. The first thing staff needs to learn is how to be nice to customers

I would like to bring attention about the customer experience which I experienced today at 7: 50 pm at this location. To start with, I had an offer for a wrap with a coffee and I was asking the cashier very politely about what can I add in the wrap with this offer and the cashier is replying me very rudely saying "Can't you see on the screen what is included". Also she served me unfresh coffee and by saying that she again yelled at me saying I will serve you from the same pot and she served me half filled coffee. I noted her name was Zeel. Please check the cameras and work on the hospitality standards as this can lead to some issues for your restaurant.

The drive thru line of cars always backs on to the road. They need to do something about this!

I have been visiting this location for months and one thing makes me happy each time is the amazing customer service that SUGANTHA provides! She is so warm and friendly and always greets my mom with a smile on her face! Being served by her makes my drive through experience really smooth and pleasant! I appreciate her for doing for she does and serving people with kindness and efficiency! What an amazing employee of Tim Hortons!

The lady name Bhanuka working Saturday, 17 September 2023, Evening at 7: 30Pm who wears specs and a guy with turban (who said he is the Manager and i am sure he wasn’t) provided very bad customer service and were very rude. They don’t know how to talk, I and my partner felt very disappointed.

I have been going to this branch almost everyday for 3 years now and found that they are very fast and efficient! On top of that, Sugantha who works there, is just simply amazing! She’s helpful, knowledgeable, fast, friendly, precise, and just lovely! Love, love to go there because I get an exceptional service!

I go here a lot because it's close but they always make the drinks wrong. Sometimes you get coffee instead of tea, cream instead of milk, or its just all wrong. It's really a 50-50 chance it will be wrong so I usually check it now before leaving. Better to go to another Tim's location if you have time.

It's also very slow at making food. I always preorder on the app and when I go through the drive thru they always tell me to park on the side so they can bring it out like 5mins later.

Also, there's been someone living out of a broken down car behind the building for the whole summer. The atmosphere is very sketchy.

Worst tim hortons branch I have ever seen in canada.we ordered some savory which was not warmed up and we asked for one cup of hot water usually other locations charge for cup and give us water but this is only branch who is charging 2.30$ for hot water.when I asked staff why you are charging, staff replied that it is their manager instruction. Tim hortons has to take steps to improve customer service particularly in this location
