They closed the window on me and they take so long to give mt my food.

Cashier was friendly and made a good coffee was an improved experience.

I was there a few weeks ago and had an interaction with the manager named Christine let's just say she has no clue about customer service and customer satisfaction
The whole time she was talking to me she didn't even care enough to get off the chair she was seating on and face me
I used to go to this location 4 times a week after I met this rude and unprofessional"manager" I went to other location
Someone should tell her that there's like 5 Tim hortons on every corner so don't lose your loyal customer over a nonsense

Shondell (I hope I spelled that correctly) is rocking it with great hustle and service. Thank you for setting a great example for the rest of your team.

Repeatedly received incorrect items in my orders.
Staff just doesn't seem to care about serving the correct items. Don't waste your time or money at the location.
Absolutely terrible.
