Tim Hortons

Normally I have a very good experience here. It was my first time since the renos. The place looks great.
Ordered a late with almond milk as I have an allergy to dairy and a hashbrown.
Received a regular late and a chocolate chip cookie.
I didn't realize (I have no taste buds) that I did not get almond milk until my stomach started acting up and have not been well most of the morning. Really disappointed

I went through drive thru and they forgot the bacon for my sandwich, because it was drive thru I was already at work and had to leave work to return for the bacon. Everyone ignored me at the counter and began rolling their eyes when I asked for bacon. The ignorant lady that was making the sandwiches screamed out “there was bacon in that”, the whole store could hear her. So not only did they get my order wrong and waste my time. Now they are humiliating me accusing me of stealing 2 strips of bacon. At no point did anyone apologize for the error. I am a district manager for a retail store, I am very much aware that this behaviour will ruin your business.

On two occasions this week I had to go to a different Tim Hortons because your restaurant was out of stock. This has been a common theme at this location. There seems to be poor inventory management. I understand the need to reduce waste, but I will be going to the location up the street which seems to do better at providing a service.

I used the drive-in service and was very fast. I ordered black coffee and a Squencher and that was exactly what they announced.

I love this Tim Hortons but today when I went to get my food there was egg shells in my breakfast sandwich.

I visit these folks every weekday morning and they are always so friendly and lovely. Great service!

Honestly the best tims I've been to. They load the farmers wraps with chipotle sauce and that's all I can really ask for. Never change.
