Tim Hortons

I just bought a small latte. It smells burnt and horrible! I think Tims at the 10th line must get their coffee machine or the coffee checked cos recently coffee or latter doesn't taste good!

Despite renovations, this place still feels like it is low-grade at best, and does a disservice to the whole area looking for a quick drink or eat. There's unfortunately issues with the redesign and also how not so sanitary or clean the place should be, feels like you entered a place that does not live up to the brand name.

Food and drinks are incredibly mediocre at best, sometimes makes me gag and I would only tolerate a few things (why is it not freshly brought and prepared? Or even brought from a good source). Service can be hit-and-miss, with several people lining up, on top of that, there's not a single self-service machine unlike in some locations.

The one thing I can complement is that at least there's a pseudo fireplace, but otherwise, you're not going to feel like you're in a modern café at all, with how bloated the menu is for the quality they give you.

The white lady with blue eyes was very rude to me, i didnt know what i wanted and i needed assitance but she was giving me attitude and was showing clear annoyance. Please do better with
your staffing

Unfortunately we came when it was students lunch time. Tim's was packed and the students very rowdy.

A smell of burned food every few minutes. They didn't mark the content of cups, and we were not sure which had sugar or not.

I think the staff at this tim hortons is polite and provides decent service - no issues with staff in any way. The owner probably is the worst of all tim hortons owners. This location charges not only for a cup but also an additional 10 cents for tap water, not sure if that’s legal. It is a really bad look, they also charge if you want a cup of ice for the ice. It’s a shame.

Overall is ok but the staff members are laughing n speaking Punjabi so loudly.staff is very unprofessional

Went home after purchasing my grilled cheese, why did I receive a cheese sandwich? I ordered it extra grilled too.this is the 5th time this has happened?

The staff is so rude and customer service id horrible!
I had to wait in line for 30 minutes because no one there was serving customers instead 5 staff members were standing there and chit chatting with eachother.
Then the lady named Tania messed up my order. When I complained she started arguing that I placed the wrong order. There was big plastic chunck in my creamy chill. Did I ask her to put plastic in my drink? This is Ridiculous.the staff at Tims is so rude and doesn't accept their mistake!

Ordered Large Cappuccino via drive through. Reached home and found that I received something else

I think the store should be employee training, the lady was rude to me, at the beginning oreder the everything bagel and one coffee, when i open that not i want, then i told the lady，then lady said so many it'sthat what told her, beside me the girl told her, she still pretend say i told her that one, the girl said again, she said i speak not probably, i should be watch the screen, why i said first time the girl already hear that she could and tell me i must be careful, i ask her, do you want to kill me? Her atttude and manner very rude, i ask manager she still think she is right, i told her you shouldn't in the cashier. I did not do something wrong for you, Today i should happy has Tim hortons in hear, that's my first time visit here, but she break my mood.

I'm very disappointed. I placed an Uber order from this location. The muffins are missing. The breakfast sandwiches are missing the lettuce and tomato. The tea is lukewarm. I tried calling the store several times. No answer. I called customer support, and they can't contact the store because it was an Uber order.

I am a regular visitor of this place. Never impressed with the level of service. I asked for a half cup of tap water, the customer representative told me that tap water is no longer free. It was shocking to me. Not a client centric place…

Been visiting this store for 1y+ now, great service, nice staffs.

Ordered their muffin for the first time this morning, but seeing mold on the muffin… can’t believe I I ordered it for my son… this is a very serious food safety issue in my opinion. I would imagine most people either won’t notice it or cannot see clearly (elderlies) …

There was a HAIR…. Embedded and baked into a cookie that I got…. Absolutely disgusting I’m sorry.

This isn’t even something that one can notice, until I began to eat the cookie. Careful with their baked goods!

I’ve never encountered a location so good at screwing up coffee, go to literally any other location.
